Condo Zen Like-Luxury Desert Princess avec vue magnifique

Condo exĂ©cutif magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ© dans le Desert Princess Country Club. 2 suites parentales avec cuisine complĂšte, ou peut-ĂȘtre que vous aimeriez utiliser le barbecue et vous dĂ©tendre Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur le patio. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. Promenez-vous dans les placards dans les deux chambres pour les clubs de golf et les sĂ©jours de longue durĂ©e. Couleurs neutres. Il s'agit d'un environnement calme trĂšs relaxant pour le repos et la dĂ©tente, bien qu'il existe de nombreuses activitĂ©s et divertissements Ă  proximitĂ©.

Surplombant le 7e trou et les fontaines, la vue est un site de bienvenue aprÚs une longue journée de shopping, de randonnée, de visites, de golf ou de tennis. Il y a une piscine et un bain à remous pour 18 unités, mais ce n'est jamais bondé (en fait, le plus souvent, personne en vue).

Dans le complexe, le Desert Princess propose des services de spa, une salle de sport et des restaurants à distance de marche du condo. (Les locataires peuvent utiliser la remise des propriétaires de 20%).
Ou dirigez-vous vers Palm Springs, nous ne sommes qu'Ă  6 lampadaires du centre-ville de Palm Springs, vous ĂȘtes donc prĂšs de tout, mais toujours dans le calme de Cathedral City.

Un autre avantage de choisir notre condo pour votre séjour est que nous payons la taxe d'hÎtel de 12% pour vous, et aucun acompte.
De plus, si vous restez 28 jours ou plus, nous vous offrons une remise de 15% sur l'ensemble de votre séjour.

Great Place!!

The condo was very convenient, we especially liked having two master suites. So nice for each couple to have privacy. The staff was very responsive and communication with Athena was super always a quick response. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely Condo - perfect for a PSP Getaway...

I enjoyed a lovely 2 week work-cation at Athena's condo and was thoroughly pleased with my stay. My communications with the owner were always timely and helpful - she is a gracious host that really made me feel welcome. The home was comfortable and well equipped and perfect for my needs in every way. Would have loved to extend longer but it's a very popular unit on VRBO and wasn't available. The property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views from the patio. The kitchen was well appointed- we had everything we needed. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely property with great golf course views! Convenient to all the wonderful sites and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer. Communication with the owner was fast and easy; an on-site property manager team responded within minutes to small repair requests. Sure hope we can return for another 4 week stay😎

Family Spring Break

Great condo in a nice location. It was a bit windy as others have mentioned, but that is pretty typical of the Palm Springs Area. With the wind does comes the sand. The arrival and departure process was very easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Short walk to the nearest pool.

Desert Princess Condo

Well equipped with beautiful view of golf course and pond. Very quiet and relaxing. Pool is near the unit and we often had it to ourselves.

Tranquility in the desert

We really enjoyed staying at Athena's wonderful home. She had it tastefully updated providing a charming and warm atmosphere as soon as one enters. Plenty of clean towels and daily necessities available which made us felt like being home. Backdrop of the golf course against clear sky and airy desert forms a refreshing contrast to relax with wines. Highly recommended for all prospective renters.

Loved this property. Wish pools were cleaner throughout the complex, most near me dirty and I had to drive to get to a clean pool and they were often crowded. Property great, will want to rent again.

Palm Springs Confo

On vrbo had a hard time getting s hold of property owner. Unit I'd nice, close to pools and golf. Gated community. Close to downtown and airport. Nicely accommodated. If you are cooking only small frying pans. Lovrly view of golf course and the mountain from the back porch. Nice porch with table and 2 lawn chairs.

Amazing Condo at the Desert Princess

My family absolutely loved Athena's condo at the Desert Princess. First of all, the grounds and the property and amazing. I will say that we had the pool all to ourselves and almost never saw other guests. Second, the condo is perfect. From how it is decorated to how well it is stocked. It's wonderful. They've thought of everything. Lastly, Athena is great. She is immediately responsive and a pleasure to work with. This location gave us the flexibility to do things we don't normally do in the desert. We were in downtown almost nightly, enjoying the shop and restaurants. I can't seem to say enough wonderful things. You should stay here. It's awesome. This will be my new home away from home. Thanks Athena!

I was born in the United States, but grew up in Ottawa Canada. Moved to California for college and stayed. My Parents still live in Canada, in fact the reason I bought this condo was because they had planned to retire here, but that hasn't happened yet. I love the desert and though my parents can't use their home i am so glad to share it with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I bought this condo with the intention that my parents would retire here, so in 2006 I remodeled to give it a more Zen like relaxing feel, then in 2017 I remodeled the kitchen and added certain features such as adding a 55" smartTV that is connected to the internet, so you can watch Netflix on the TV, and adding a wine fridge so we could leave a few local wines for guests. It's located in a quiet area of the resort near Lagos Hole 6 and Pool 6, and has nice views of gold course with Fountain water feature and partial mountain view from patio.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love how when we visit our condo we can just relax and enjoy a restful day at the pool, and then in the evening enjoy the nightlife of downtown Palm Springs (Dinner, Dancing, Shows, Concerts).
Some unique benefits about Desert Princess is that there is a sport for everyone, discounts as if you were the owner (20% on food at Mountain Grille) and except for during Covid you can get a great massage at the spa without leaving the property.
I also love the security of being in a gated community.
