Maui Ocean Front 1bd/2ba Condo at The Whaler on Ka'anapali Beach - Sleeps 5

Our updated corner unit condo is located at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. Privately owned and rented, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit has an updated interior and a beautiful wrap-around lanai for additional space to relax and entertain.

This oceanfront resort includes a pool and hot tub, gym, tennis courts, spa, and concierge services for all local activities on the island. The Whaler Shopping Center is next door to the property and includes many shops, restaurants, galleries, and activities. Walk along the 2.5-mile oceanfront paved path after dinner which runs all along Kaanapali Beach, which has been named 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.

**Cancellation Policy** 100% Refund of all deposits for cancellations made as a result of a "travel ban" to Hawaii. Also, a full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 60 DAYS prior to arrival. If canceled within 60 days with no travel ban, then we will allow a full credit towards another booking. Travel insurance is always prudent. Your reservation will be confirmed once the reservation (rental) agreement and the deposit has been received and confirmed by the owner.

-Master Bedroom [king size bed], with en suite bathroom, TV, large closet, and access to the lanai.
- Combination living room/dining room with comfortable seating.
- Super comfortable full sectional sofa sleeper PLUS a foldout twin-XL Murphy bed.
- Updated kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need.
- Dining area with ocean and mountain views.
- Expansive, private lanai with outdoor seating with views of the ocean, Molokai, and the West Maui mountains.
- Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are not included with this rental but are available on a first-come-first-serve basis from the activity center located by the pool. Complimentary towel exchange is available at the beach activity center and resort lobby.
-Free cable TV and high-speed Internet.
-Washer/ dryer located in the master suite closet.
-BBQ and picnic areas are oceanfront and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
-Whaler Concierge services can provide reservations for horse-back riding, whale watches, zip-lining, helicopter tours, scuba/SNUBA/snorkeling outings, and more.
-Kaanapali Golf Course (across the street) and Kapalua Championship Golf Course offer an additional local activity.
-We can provide our recommendations for local highlights based on over 30 years of trips to the island.

**Additional amenities, policies, and details**
- Resort fee of $35/nightly (**collected by the front desk**). The resort fee covers parking, full use of the pool, gym, and the tennis/pickleball courts, beach towel exchange, beach chairs, and a number of other amenities.
- To reserve, a 50% reservation deposit is required, the deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Additional cleanings can be requested per the guest's request. The cost will be added once the reservation & the total # of cleanings have been confirmed for the entirety of the stay.
