Great stay at Myrtle Beach!

Property was just as described. Clean with plenty of space. The complex was quiet and we had no trouble finding chairs at the pool. The fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts were easy to access and in great condition. We would definitely recommend and will likely return!

After a 9 hour drive from NJ, I was very pleased that I chose what I would call the “Perfect Vacation Spot” in SC. The check-in process was effortless and the staff on the resort displayed a high level of hospitality. This condo was super clean, and updated throughout. The wrap around balcony was the highlight of the trip as it allowed us to soak in the beautiful scenery. A few couple steps to the nearest pool and beach was very convenient.This unit has everything you could need, including dishes and cooking supplies. I highly recommend this unit for family and friends of all ages. I look forward to coming back next year.

Spacious and clean!

Our 5 night stay was very enjoyable. The check in process was well communicated and easy to follow. The condo is very spacious including the large balcony. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony with the morning view of the ocean. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, all you need to cook a meal if needed. We would definitely stay again.

We've found "THE ONE"!

We've stayed in multiple units in this property over the years, and we feel like we've found THE ONE! We will book this unit in future years. We had hurricane Debby during our stay, and the unit was spacious enough for us to hang out, and not be too crowded. We really loved the balcony, and that it had access from the common area and both BRs. Clean, spacious, kid friendly.

A nice time

The resort it self was nice, the beach wasn’t crowded. The room was generally nice, it could use a touch up on the walls and molding. The elevators were horrible, on one was working for most of our trip. The doors kept closing on people, and were very unpredictable. For the money I paid I really expected more.

The location and condo were great for our group. The only things I would change is replace the master bed and toaster. The bed was uncomfortable and dipped towards the middle. The toaster wasn't deep enough to toast waffles all the way. Plastic bags were too flimsy. I would stay again if the bed was replaced

Best condo ever

I've rented a lot of condos and this one was by far, the nicest and cleanest. The property manager was extremely responsive and great to work with. I selected this from all the VRBO listings because it had a walk in shower (in fact, both bathrooms had them). I'm older and this is extremely important to me when I travel. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you would ever want.There is a Hilton Hotel next door with a restaurant you have access to Hilton's amenities including a shuttle that goes within a 2 mile radius. If you drive or rent a car, there is a large parking garage right next to the condo. It's not assigned parking and, beware, the parking spots are small so don't get a large car. The location is great, it's on the northern end of Myrtle Beach and is much less touristy and crowded but, the same fantastic large beach that goes on for as far as the eye can see.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great access to amenities. We've stayed at the Royale Palms many times before and love the area. With this stay, you have access to all the Hilton pools, as well as access to the water park, which is a nice way to break up the day. Elevators here run very slowly, and you can be waiting for up to 10-15 minutes to get one. But, that is not the property mgmt fault. The condo is great and convenient. Having a fridge with an ice maker was nice. Perfect size kitchen to cook. Rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. Having a full size washer and dryer is so nice and beneficial to have. Condo was clean, I am OCD on cleaning, and feeling 'clean' when staying somewhere. Only recommendation I have is to get rid of all of the fake plants/trees; that, or ask house keeping to dust them. There was mounds of dust on them, which ended up making the place not feel as clean to me, plus, the underside of couches/beds could use some cleaning too. Overall, we'd stay here again. The beds were super comfortable. The shades in the rooms are not black out curtains, so don't block the light very well. We had a slight issue with the credit that was allowed to be charged to the room, but a quick text to the property management team and that was resolved next day without issue. That was an extra bonus and nice to have.
