The property was nice however the air conditioning was not uniform throughout. Front bedroom was very cold and the other rooms were warm. The dryer also melted some bathing suits and left a burnt smell to towels even when the dryer was not overwhelmed.

We had an incredible time staying here and would absolutely stay again, as well as recommend staying here to our family and friends. This condo accommodated 6 adults and 3 children (one is medically complex and has special needs) comfortably and had everything we needed. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We had two families staying together for the week, and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was absolutely perfect for us.When we first arrived, we noticed the condo was pretty warm. We honestly just assumed the thermostat had been set high, but apparently the cleaning staff had already noticed there was an issue and reported it. Within about 10 minutes of us arriving, a maintenance technician was at our door! He wasn’t able to fix the problem himself, so they immediately contacted an HVAC company, who arrived about an hour later.What impressed me most was that we didn’t have to do a single thing. They had already noticed the problem, contacted maintenance, arranged for the HVAC company, and kept me updated through messages before we even realized there was actually an issue. I never had to reach out or ask what was going on.They were incredibly responsive and on top of everything, which made what could have been a frustrating situation completely easy and hassle-free. We had a wonderful week and would absolutely stay with them again!

Wonderful

Our condo was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the ocean from our 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked although cupboard space was limited but easily managed. The staff at Salt Water Grande are wonderful to deal with. Our problems with the Roku televisions were quickly rectified. It is a perfect vacation spot and we have booked for next year.

Very Nice!

The condo was very clean and decorated very nice with a beach theme. The view from the balconies is fantastic. It was easy check in and the Saltwater Grand management company kept us informed every step of the whole process. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Perfect Place

We have rented a number of vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach. Most were great, but this unit was perfect! Salwater Grande was also the best broker we've used. The condo is beautiful, super clean, a corner unit with views all around. Sunrise each morning was majestic. The communication regarding the rental was excellent. The pool (indoor) & hot tub...indoor & outdoor were used and enjoyed. Everthing needed was provided in the unit. The grounds were excellent and the location was close to everthing. It was a perfect stay!

Awesome condo with everything you need to just sit back and relax. And mostly the VIEW! Coffee every morning on the balcony was good for the soul.

Amazing condo right on the water. The space was big enough to host a family of 6 adults and 3 kids, each room had its own bathroom and tv for down time in between going to the pool and the beach. Saltwater Grande was quick to respond to any maintenance needs as well! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was so beautiful. The location and view couldn't have been more perfect. They supplied some essentials and towels which was so helpful and kind. They made check-in and check-out so easy and we loved that they checked in with us during the week. They went above and beyond other places and we would love to stay there again.
