Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, the house was very accommodating for all of us, the amenities were great for the kids, and we even saw a bear in the neighborhood!! What a great trip and this rental is a place we’ll absolutely visit again.

Many reviews explained it could be cleaned better, and that is true. There is no outdoor grill, stove top doesn’t work properly, maintenance needed for many items, we had to plug in every electronic and boot it ourselves, pool has no thermostat and water was cold for a heated pool, hot tub jets sprayed gunk. 3 remotes to 7 tv’s, one for each floor. So each floor shares the remote. We rented the cabin for the amenities listed, and the only true amenity was the theater room.

The pool and hot tub were both fantastic, climate control worked well. The host did a great job of communicating, the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful property, only complaint is that it really needs a thorough, deep clean. For example, a lot of heavy dust/lint buildup on the inside panels of bedroom doors. Otherwise, a great place for a fun vacation!

Great property and location!

Large home with plenty of space for everyone! Nice community and was glad to find out there was an outdoor community pool. Only negative was the indoor pool was too cold to use. Kids played in it for 5 minutes at a time maybe twice. Game room was fun for all ages.

Spacious and open concept cabin with incredible views. Had everything we needed! Hot tub and indoor pool were pristine. Also loved the common pool area. Loved that the Cabin was so comfy!! The beds where wonderful. The whole family went for my youngest daughters 16th Bday and we had plenty of room and bathrooms for the whole gang. The indoor pool and Pool table was a big hit with the kids. The location was perfect and close to all things Pigeon Forge.
