### The Space

Welcome to your modern mountain retreat, a new cabin built in 2021 designed for families and friends to reconnect and create lasting memories. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

The main living area features a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Unwind across two levels of outdoor decks, gather around the outdoor stone fireplace in a rocking chair, or soak your cares away in the private hot tub.

For entertainment, the cabin is equipped with an arcade table and 6 Streaming Smart TVs offering YouTubeTV with live channels. Feel free to log into your own accounts for other favorite streaming services. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

### Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire cabin. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a keypad entry system. Private, off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars.

Clean, cozy, and close enough to all the action.

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Nest Cottage. Everything was clean and in good condition. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. Lauren was great to work with and responded expeditiously to our requests. The location is close enough to the action, yet far enough to enjoy the peace, solitude, and beauty of the Smokeys! We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for the Jeep Invasion and experienced no difficulties in reaching the property. The property's location relative to Pigeon Forge is excellent, just a brief five-minute drive away.The property itself seems to be in nearly pristine condition. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the Connect 4 game on the wall upstairs and the foosball table.The driveway leading to the house is rather steep, possibly with a 15-25 degree incline, and has a sharp dip where it meets the road, which might cause some vehicles to scrape. The parking area at the top offers a reasonable amount of space for maneuvering, but we chose not to park our F250 there due to the challenging parking situation and instead found an alternative parking spot near the clubhouse, opting to walk. I can only imagine how difficult it might be during the winter months.Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to our friends.

Great cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, less than 5 minutes from the main strip, and 10 minutes from Dollywood and the Smokies. The cabin was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our teens loved having a third bathroom, plus the foosball table and arcade games. Communication with Lauren was always very prompt and clear, and check-in/check-out was easy. The cabins within the community are close together, but everyone was respectful of quiet times so this wasn’t an issue at all. Community also felt very safe for early morning/late evening walks. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. Thank you, Lauren for sharing your home with us!

Perfect little cabin for a Trip to Pigeon Forge

We loved staying at Osprey Nest this week during Spring break. We loved the layout and like new appearance of cabin. We didn't spend a lot of time there since we were just down the street enjoying PF with our 2 kids but when we were at the Cabin we really enjoyed the little game room on the second floor. The arcade was a wonderful distraction and we had a little foosball tournament. In the late evening sitting in the hot tub while listening to the wildlife was as relaxing as anything. I recommend anyone to stay here to enjoy a comfortable stay and all the activities close by. My kids recommend doing the NASCAR go carting for at least a few hours. ENJOY!

Perfection

This cabin was perfect for our family. The communication with the owner from start to finish was excellent. The check in process at the cabin was super easy. I loved how clean the entire cabin was. Our family felt so at home here. The location was far enough away that it was quiet but close enough to the parkway that the drive was super easy. I would definitely stay in this cabin again. Thank you for sharing your rental with us!

Delightful cabin in Pigeon Forge

We had a delightful stay in the Oprey Nest cabin. We traveled with our children and grandchild. They stayed upstairs and we had a room on the first floor. It has a convenient layout with a large open kitchen and outdoor space with rocking chairs. It is close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The property manager checked to make sure we were ok a few times. I would highly recommend this property.
