A short walk will lead you to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful blue water and white sand. Inside this condo, you can prepare anything from hot breakfast to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen.

Kick back and relax, binge-watching your favorite shows or movies on the three cable TVs. Step outside onto your furnished covered balcony for fresh morning air with your coffee. In the evening, enjoy drinks and peaceful lagoon views. While relaxing on-site, take advantage of one of two shared pools after spending a day at the beach. Wash your swimsuits with the in-unit washer/dryer. You can also fire up one of the three shared charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout complete with several recently updated picnic tables.

Want to venture out for some fun? This condo is one mile from the family-friendly entertainment at The Hangout, where there are plenty of food choices and live music. Need to make a quick run to the store? Just steps out of your door you'll find Pier 33, a local convenience store that has all the knick-knacks you may need.

This condo is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts due to its close proximity to opportunities for parasailing, ziplining, jet skiing, diving, and so much more! Beach access is just a short walk away, (the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard), so be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen. Nearby you'll also find several kid-friendly activities such as the Gulf Coast Zoo, mini-golf courses, go-kart race tracks, and OWA Amusement Parks and Resort. If you are looking to do some deep-sea fishing, head up the road and there are plenty of options to take you out to catch your daily limit of redfish, flounder, and speckled trout.

An outdoor shower is provided near the pool.
Please make sure you only use the public beach access points. The nearest public beach access points on West Beach Boulevard are located at West 10th St and West 6th St.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
