Very clean, and A/C worked great, thank goodness! Easy enough to get to the beach, just across the street. AMAZING water pressure in the shower! Was definitely a plus having a washer/dryer in the unit. Would love to stay again at this same property!

Nice and clean condo! Water pressure was great in the shower, air conditioner kept the whole place nice and cool. Everything you may need is right there including a couple travel laundry detergents. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Pool was nice and there is a small grass area with charcoal grill that any guests had access to.

The owners were very accommodating with my needs. The only downside for some people would be that you have to go up about 30 stair steps to get to it. If they would have me back I might consider staying there again.

Everything was very nice and clean and the right size for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and nice appliances. I really enjoyed having the washer/dryer. The beds were extremely comfy and the linens smelled heavenly!!

Laundry in confo was great with 3 kids and the beach!!Host was amazing to work with. The kids were trying to stay ahead of the tornado all the way from Illinois and they worked with us to ensure they could get into the condo as soon as they got to town. This mama was really concerned about the kids getting in too early and not having a place to go. Mathew was very patient with this not so old couple who could not figure out the lock!! I can not say enough good. We were blessed to have such an amazing experience.

Nice place. Honestly I would remove metal utensils because people scratch the non-stick pans. Clean and fantastic AC, good internet connection and TV channels provided. Great to have parking under the condos to keep the heat from the car all day. Easy walk to the beach less than 3-4 minutes

Kitchen floor has soft spot that needs fixing, outside light was out we changed it the washer and dryer underperformed. The condo was always clean. The stairs to the condo need to have more lighting. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Thank you so much for staying with us! I apologize you felt like your stay warranted a 3 star experience as that is certainly not our aim. We have speed queens in our laundry room for our complex if you didn’t like our washer and dryer in our unit. The exterior lighting is maintained by HOA and they have been notified and they are being changed this week. I’ve got our maintenance guy scheduled to check the flooring. Thanks again!

Nice place but it does need upgrades! The living room fans blades are very loose so if you turn fan on it shakes like crazy and the shower curtain needs to be replaced and the pots and pans need to be replace but the king bed was so comfortable it was amazing! But overall we’d rent again! Really close walk to beach!!
