Beautiful North Myrtle Beach condominium with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 comfortably. Condo #2325 is freshly painted with luxurious furnishings, multiple ceiling fans, and a stocked kitchen. A single elevator takes you from your reserved covered parking spot to your door in just 20 feet. This 1500 sq foot condo has ample space to relax whether it is in the screened in porch or each bedroom all equipped with wifi and televisions. Located in the prestigious gated Ocean Keyes complex with easy access to many amenities such as tennis courts, a game room with pool table, state of the art fitness center, BBQ grills, 6 hot tubs, and 6 outdoor pools.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with Private Bath | Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds attached to main bath | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds and Private Bath Living Room : Two chairs with ottoman, Sofa with built in recliners. All TVs have Spectrum Basic Cable. Dining Table seats 6. Also has seating for 3 with 3 Bar Stools.
Screened in Porch : Great for enjoying coffee, a glass of wine, or having an evening meal. Overlooks a beautiful pond.
Kitchen : Equipped with luxurious granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, pots & pants, bowls, silverware.

Amenities:
Building 23 is equipped with an emergency generator so you are never without power.
Under building parking with one assigned parking space provides protection for your vehicle. Large amount of exterior parking in front of Building 23. Parking Passes are provided once in unit.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The owner was very responsive to emails, check in, etc. I personally think maids could clean better. The home could use a deep clean imo. Overall, great location, secure, and nice unit. I would recommend renting this one for sure. Thank you to the owners!

Great Family Vacation

Loved the property, a lot closer to ocean than I expected. 3 grandbabies had plenty of room to spread out. Golf cart was a plus!! Great attentive owners. We will stay again!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation at the condo. The location was close to the beach and other areas. View was beautiful over the lake. Porch and rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Scott was very responsive and informative. Highly recommend this for a family vacation!

Great Ocean Keys Property

Wonderful condo just 8 minutes walking to Fat Harold’s on Main Street. Comfortable beds. Nice screened in porch. Everything you need is provided as detailed in the description. Hope we can stay again for Mid-Winter!

Nothing to criticize

Our family (6 adults and 2 kids) rented the condo for a few days while we were in town for a wedding. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location was perfect. There was always plenty of parking for our three vehicles. The elevator made the loading and unloading process so much easier. The condo was very well furnished and maintained. Wonderful screened in porch with very comfortable seating. My father-in-law even slept outside one of the nights. The beds were all so extremely comfortable. Throughout our stay, I kept getting comments from my family members about how impressed they were with the place. For the price, you simply can’t do any better. The owner was also great to interact with. He checked in with us on the day of our check-in to make sure we had all arrived safely and that everything was in order for us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely book this place again when we are back in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful family vacation!

Came down for a baseball tournament and even got to spend some time at the beach since it was such a short drive. Amazing place to stay with friends or family. Condo was very clean, spacious, beautiful, and so many amenities. Will definitely be coming back for future stays!

Great resort and great condo

Ocean Keyes is a convenient area close to shopping, entertainment and anything that will make your stay more enjoyable. Beach is easily accessible via walking from this unit or by utilizing the homeowner golfcart. We enjoyed the pools and played pickleball in the early morning and used the gym also. Interior was as pictured and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made for a spacious and enjoyable stay. We also loved the screened in porch and the lake that it overlooked. Great location!

Fall Beach Getaway

Condo was cozy and clean, and met our needs perfectly. The owners went above and beyond to give it a warm, comfy, home-away-from-home feel. The beach was a 6-minute walk away. Lots for our family to do and see in the area (dining, shopping, mini-golf, escape rooms, ice-cream, etc.). Scott was very responsive whenever I had a question. I would absolutely recommend!

Excellent Location & Comfortable Condo

The community where this condo is located is very nice. It is secure, well maintained, quiet, and has lots of amenities. You are a short, pleasant walk to the beach. A golf cart is available for rent if you prefer. Plenty of retail and restaurants nearby and close to major highways. The NMB Sports Complex is less than 10 minutes away. The condo itself is very comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. The large screened in porch overlooks a lake. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. We highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL UNIT

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 40 years, this is one of my favorite properties. The unit is BEAUTIFUL and has everything needed to make guests feel at home. We loved the enclosed balcony and spent hours sitting there playing cards and listening to the lake fountain !!!!! Thank you Scott for regular contact about the check in and out process. The option of renting your golf cart is a huge bonus and so happy we had it this year !!!! As always Myrtle Beach does not disappoint and so happy we stayed at this unit
