Summer Vacation!

Great condo with easy access to the beach and plenty of pools to choose from! It was very clean and wonderful views from the balcony, will definitely stay again when we come back to Panama City Beach!

Perfect condo in perfect location

Perfect relaxing stay in a quieter condo with spectacular gulf front views. We stayed here for 4 days for my daughters gymnastics competition and it was perfect. Everything we could have needed was supplied and owners were prompt and easy to work with. Bed and other furniture was very comfortable and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spring Break!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, easy in/out since it’s close to elevators. Lots of options for pools, sub decks, hot tubs. Very comfy master bed, plenty of linens for three to four people. Balcony has a beautiful view! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable condo with amazing view from balcony. Edgewater Beach is a terrific complex. People are friendly and helpful. Easy parking, gated for safety and awesome pools. Great restaurants close by. Definitely recommend.

PCB getaway

Edgewater Resort was what we expected. Multiple pools and easy beach access. Would be helpful if there was reference information in the unit with description of all the resort amenities and how to access them.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive to all questions. There were plenty of towels, toys and chairs for the beach, and a well stocked kitchen. The best part was the section of beach this building is on. Every where else was very crowded. Our section had a few chairs and plenty of space for people to set up their own stuff right at the water! We will definitely book this condo again!

The best getaway & condo

Cannot say enough great things about our stay in PCB and with Edgewater. The condo is in the best location, just far enough away from the big pools/people but close enough to walk to with no problem. The bed was so comfortable! The condo was incredibly clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The communication with the owners is fabulous! Highly recommend everything about this property. We will be back next year!

Review of Condo

We enjoyed your condo! Very clean, and the view was amazing! Just wanted to let you know the dryer may need servicing. It took 3 hours to dry towels. A portable fan would also be helpful. Thank you again for letting us stay in your condo!

Perfect Location

Perfect Location. Many pools to chose from. However, the 2nd bathroom had zero water from the shower head and also didn’t drain. Hate just having one bathroom. Other than that, everything else was great. Bring your own beach chairs and such, the ones provided are completely rusted.

So sorry about this We had no idea. We have since replaced ALL shower heads and fixed the drain issues. We also replaced ALL appliances to include a brand new washer/dryer unit. As well as the chairs. Unfortunately they get pretty beat up with various guests. We hope you will come back again!

Excellent accommodations

I can’t give this place enough stars! The place was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. There was a small hiccup (which should not affect future renters) and the owners were super quick to respond and did their best to fix the issue. PCB is super busy, but this location was a little out of the craziness, which we liked. It was short walk to the main pool/beach, if you enjoy something a little more crowded and kid friendly. This condo was perfect for my husband and I since we wanted a quiet place that wasn’t around the main action. It was close driving distance to a grocery store and some great restaurants that didn’t require us to get into the crazy traffic of PCB. Will stay here again, for sure!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We couldn't have had a better place to stay for our vacation. It had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the gulf. It's on the 5th floor right when you get off of the elevator. It has two bathrooms which is so helpful when you're traveling with family. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had Roku and we were able to watch whatever we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. They have a washer and dryer. I learned a valuable lesson, make sure and clean out the lint filter every time you dry because it did take a few cycles to dry the clothes. There is a trash chute basically right outside your door for the trash which is very handy. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The location is amazing and very nice property. I would stay here again.

Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is an older building. No issues with that though. We stayed in one of the shorter buildings which we loved. No waiting on the elevator. The overall cleanliness was good. Typical Sandy experience being right on the beach. Walk to the beach was great. Pools were clean. We did have an issue with the tubs draining and shower heads not working but the owner sent someone to fix it quickly. The dryer doesn’t work the best. Either do really small loads or run the dryer multiple times. Overall, very happy with the experience.

Not as advertised

I was so excited about this vacation I am a single mom so it’s been about 7 years since we have been Able to take a vacation so this was a much and well deserved one. As soon as we opened the door to the condo the odor was not good it smelled very foul! Then we were getting our stuff unloaded and the place had not been cleaned there was black hairs on the kitchen counter tops the bed had hair all on it the floors weren’t clean and it was 8 pm we were exhausted I did reach out to the owner but I had already cleaned the place my self. The next day the cleaners and maintenance came because both showers did not work good at all the main bathroom shower was coming out so hard it actually hurt the other one only trickled out but filled up the tub just very aggravating. Then i tired to wash the bedding and the dryer didn’t work at all it took me 3 hours but the housekeeping bought brand new sheets for the bed but the comforter was so dirty. The furniture was old and dingy it definitely needs to be cleaned. This place definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The owner did refund me the cleaning fee and did communicate with me! The view was amazing and the weather and the pool was very nice! I just wish the place had of been nicer it needs a deep clean all over. The dryer needs to be replaced and both shower heads!

Beautiful

If you like staying at Edgewater but prefer a more quiet area, this condo is PERFECT! The beach wasn’t overcrowded, there’s a small pool right next to the room, and the big pool for the kiddos is a quick walk so you get all the amenities, but PEACE AND QUIET! The condo was beautiful. Very roomy and perfect for my little family. I have nothing negative to say. Lyzah was very responsive to my questions and a wonderful host.

Lyzah and I are from Nashville, TN. We have 2 amazing little girls, 2 yrs and 5 months. So if you call, don't be surprised if there are screaming babies and Disney blaring in the background.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We started coming down to PCB when Todd was in the Army. He was stationed not too far away at Ft Rucker AL. Once we got married, we started coming down just to let off steam. So we've become really attached to the area.

We picked this place up because we have been coming here for years and absolutely love the white sand beaches. Now that we have little ones, we expect to be making it down much more often. We are super excited to start making memories with the little ones here. PCB is actually both of our girls 1st beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I'd say the most unique aspect of our place is the Oceanfront View from the 5TH Floor. The views is spectacular. It is definitely what made us fall in love with the place. There is also a lot of separation between the Master and the main room, so you can still enjoy some peace and quiet even if you have kids or guests. And having 2 full bathrooms is so great!
