Perfect spot! beds were rough, sofa bed is torture. Smelled like mold. had no air on , was an oven when we walked in. Good for students, not for adults.

False advertising - it states that it sleeps 14 but in reality it only sleeps 8. I had this booked for a couple weeks and it wasn’t until the day before that host communicated that it only sleeps 8 & only reason he communicated with me was because I messaged them about parking.

Clean good location

House was nice and clean. Back deck was nice for having dinner with family. Would return!

Location!

As the title suggests, the location was perfect! We loved how close we were to everything and didn't have any issues with noise at night. In hindsight, not a great place for an infant to stay. The floors were extremely dirty and there weren't any items such as a broom or mop to help clean it up. I would consider stating there again but wouldn't bring a small child.

Location is great

The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans coffee maker and oven large enough to cook for 2. That was disappointing. Maintenance came out while we were there and they were very professional, friendly and efficient. The location was fabulous. If you are a party of 3 or larger I would recommend bringing your own cookware or crock pot... I had to ask for a broom to keep sand swept up and there was no sponge or dishsoap... So bring that as well. Had I been more prepared with those items it would have been a lot easier.

Not very clean, some safety issues

We stayed here for a music festival and the location was great. We noticed some cleanliness issues right away, though. Most notably, the upstairs beds had dust and dirt on them from window AC unit that needed to be cleaned off. I also found some other areas that were overly dusty/hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. The staircase up to the loft is much narrower than it appears in the listing, and no hand rail other than the rafters to hold on to. Definitely would not recommend for kids, as the rafters are open and just a high railing to stop one from walking into them. Host did not send any check in or check out information, so I had to call prior to arrival. Once I did, I was notified that we had to go to a hotel across the parking lot to check in. It wasn’t a problem, but definitely led to some anxiety not knowing how to check in to property. Overall, for 2 adults for a weekend was fine and the location was perfect.

Nice boardwalk beach house

Great location right by the boardwalk. Check in felt a bit strange at the hotel next door at first, but overall was very easy with no issue. Deck out back is a nice added bonus.

A few minor issues

On Day one the refrigerator was not working and the issue was addressed to the hotel staff. The staff came to look at the fridge but we didn’t get a new refrigerator until Day two, which did not allow us to buy groceries for the trip. For what it’s worth, the house was generally clean but we all noticed it has an ant problem. Some of my friends found ants in their bags when we came back from the beach. Overall, it was a good stay. The house has a nice location and we were generally happy with the trip.

Steps from the boardwalk and Beach

Great over all. Americana Hotel called me about my deposit. I hope I will get my deposit back, they said someone stole a roll away, but we never had a roll away there neither was there ever one in the description or in the unit.
