Welcome to our adorable ocean block condo just steps from Ocean City's famous beach. No need to cross Coastal Hwy to enjoy the sandy beach and ocean waves. We have everything you would need and expect for a wonderful vacation. Let your stresses drift away in your home away from home in the highly desirable Old Warf condo building. This is the ideal condo for making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Enjoy our perfect mid-town location in the heart of Ocean City and very close to many great restaurants, shops and activities. Walk to Seacrets, 45th St Taphouse, Dumser's Dairyland, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Shotti's Point, Satellite Coffee Shop, K-Coast Surf Shop, The Dough Roller, Belly Busters, and many more. Our condo is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Ocean City Convention Center.

2) This is a 1st floor walk-up (no elevator) with 1 parking space. Additional public non-metered parking is available in front of the building
3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per the condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of our neighbors
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring them with you
7) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect

Great location, very clean. Had a few minor issues with the lock and washer (technology sometimes lets us down, lol), but the owner was extremely responsive and had them fixed almost immediately! Loved our stay here and the proximity to the beach was amazing!

Exactly as advertised. Great location and extremely easy check in. Carl was very quick to provide clear details and helpful prior to checkin to ensure any easy vacation for me and my son. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.

Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect place for a few of us to stay for a long weekend. The condo was very well kept and the host was extremely communicative throughout the process and the stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!
