We had a great stay! It's in downtown but away from all of the bars so it was quiet. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Awesome spot that was within easy walking distance (12-15 minutes) of lots of great local restaurants, attractions, and most importantly, the convention center. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and helpful with the check in process. I appreciated their quick reply to any communications.The only drawback was that the wifi was intermittent at best. Definitely have a backup plan (hotspot, etc.) if you need wifi access or if you plan to stream anything on the tvs at the apartment.

The rental is located in a great area of Indianapolis and close to many downtown destinations. The apartment was quiet and felt secure with the lobby that required a fob to get in.

Very clean apartment. Convenient to many restaurants. Only about a ten minute walk to the convention center (my purpose for the visit). DeWayne responded very quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property

The check in was so easy. We were given specific instructions before the weekend and they were accurate as well. Very clean, very nice, included everything we could have asked for or needed. I was leery of staying downtown in an unknown city, but Indianapolis has a vibrant downtown night life where we all felt perfectly comfortable staying and going outside either alone or all together. I was truly impressed. So many people walking and enjoying downtown at night! I do not know of any other sizable city where I would feel comfortable being outside...downtown...at night! Congratulations to the property owners and to the city itself. You need to share what you have done with other cities so they can clean up their centers as well!

Great stay, spacious property

This property is in an excellent location, its close to everything. The owner was very accommodating with our requests. Very spacious with a TV in every room. I would recommend this property.

Good for 3-4 people

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and close to a dollar store and Whole Foods. Parking was not a problem, even with game 6 of the NBA finals in town. It was our family of 4 staying in the apt plus my SIL decided to join us. Even though the listing says 6, it would only comfortably sleep 5 with the roll out bed. There was not enough seating in the living room for all of us, and there were only 2 glasses, 3 plates and 4 mugs- although the rest of the kitchen was well stocked with supplies if you wanted to do meals in the apt. Overall it would be a perfect spot for 3-4 guests.

These place is genuinely incredible. For starters, it’s located in the absolute perfect location (especially if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Gainbridge). It’s also very clean, decorated in such a cute way, and super affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Perfect location for all the 500 festivities

Checked in after Carb day, perfect location for the parade and quick trip to the track and back Sunday. Check in/check out was a breeze. Nice kitchen, great water pressure and comfortable beds.

The property was nice clean and suited my need for the days i was in town. The building was quiet and well maintained. I particularly enjoy the combination of modern upgrades with classic features such as the banisters in the stairway. The apartment was clean and the checkout instructions were minimal.

Spring break ski adventure!

We all loved this cabin. The electric fireplace created a cozy atmosphere at the touch of a button! The large kitchen table could easily seat 8. The kitchen was very small, however, had literally everything we needed. The stove was the smallest I have ever seen, however still fit 13x9 casserole and we made a few full dinners, no problem! One of the bedrooms is an open bedroom in the loft with full size bed, a single bed with a trundle. Having two full bathrooms was very nice!

The place was roomier than expected and was walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host always replied promptly. I appreciate all the extras the host had in the property to make our stay more comfortable!
