This downtown, fully stocked apartment has everything you need for your visit to Indianapolis. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, etc!

This two bedroom apartment has a spacious living room area, comfortable king and queen sized beds, generous closets, washer/dryer, incredible kitchen with extra large kitchen island, smart TV, balcony overlooking downtown, and plenty of free street parking right outside the front door.

If you're looking for a walkable location to all things downtown Indy, this is your place!

Such a great place and location. We were in town for a concert and a short stay. This place had everything we needed and was so close to the stadium. So many restaurant options within a short walking distance. Really comfortable furniture and beds. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Indy.

This walk up apartment was so cute and comfy! Tastefully decorated! We loved the giant island and king sized bed! The walk in shower was wonderful! We would recommend! We stayed for a business training and it was located perfectly for us! Some great spots in walking distance from the apt; the old school arcade was so fun!

Three of us needed a place to stay in Indy during the USAV Volleyball Championships. Fletcher Place was the perfect choice for us! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice fluffy towels and plenty of on street parking. We were able to walk to the Convention Center with no problem eventhough the temperature in the 90's. If we need to stay in Indy again, Fletcher Place will be the first property we look into. Great place the I highly recommend!

First time in Indianapolis, 5 friends (2 couples) went to the Colts Ravens game. The apartment is above the cutest flower shop. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of close shops, bars and restaurants. We were able to walk from the stadium (about a mile). The description in VRBO described a futon for the 3rd sleeping area but it was actually an air mattress. I reached out to Jake and he immediately responded and said he will address the information change with VRBO. Jake was wonderful to communicate with, he responded very quickly and even dropped off a few supplies for us. The apartment was clean, living space is large, fans in bedrooms, deck was great with a wonderful view of the city. We can’t wait to come back and definitely stay here again.

I've been living in Fountain Square for over a decade now with my wife and son and we absolutely love it. I really enjoy a good comedy movie, I'm always down to try a new restaurant, and I own a flower shop which is underneath the apartment.

I love to serve and make people feel cozy so being a host fits right into my personality. I believe the little details make all the difference and I also believe in making things cozy, so I will always be available to provide recommendations, will have drinks available at the apartmenr, and plenty of blankets/pillows for your stay.
