Primrose Family Lodge

The lodge is built with incredible craftsmanships. The lodge is huge (3,200sf) and interior is crafted with white aspen lodge. The lodge features modern appliances, granite countertops, custom rock fireplace, two family rooms, large deck and many other amenities. The six sleeping areas allow for the accommodation of 20 guests. Queen, full and twins size beds are featured in the bedrooms.
Explore the two acres, wonder through the pines and oaks and enjoy the beauty nature has to offer. Gather as family or friends and build memories for a lifetime. Located with one mile of Arbuckle Lake (http://www.davisok.org) and within miles to Turner Falls (http://www.turnerfallspark.com), the location is perfect. Just two miles south of the highway between Davis and Sulphur. The lodge is within a few miles of the newly opened Chickasaw Cultural Center (http://www.chickasawculturalcenter.com/).

The cabin was very spacious and we loved the outdoor patio! The kids enjoyed the arcade games and air hockey table. The local Walmart is a few minutes away which is very convenient. The host was very responsive. My family had a blast!

The Lodge is big enough to spread out and have fun. It's got lots of personality/character and is very comfortable, especially for a large group. The location is also great. The host is quick to respond and the check in/out process is a breeze. The only issue was a lack of cleaning and not enough attention to detail.

The house was very nice, had a wonderful time having everyone in one house. The stove was broken but we got by it was the people before us. I do wish the fireplace could have been used the pictures of it enticed me to choose this home. But we were pleased anyway.

Awesome Family Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our large family group. Lots of beds, plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. This cabin just feels like home and a great place to stay and enjoy the Arbuckle Mountains.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, once we encountered issues during our stay, we made multiple attempts to contact the owner but were unable to reach anyone. For the nightly price of the property we were expecting a nice and comfortable house for our family to enjoy but this property did not live up to our expectations for what we paid. Cheap extension cords were used in all bedrooms to allow for lighting and lack of outlets, causing concerns for young children with us. The property had several security cameras, which made us feel uncomfortable and gave us the impression that we were being watched. The washcloths and towels were of poor quality, and the kitchen was only minimally stocked with basic supplies.The upstairs remained uncomfortably hot and would not cool down properly. The grill was extremely dirty and required about an hour of cleaning before it was usable. The grill would not ignite without having a lighter, which was no where to be found. We ended up having to go to town to purchase a lighter. This was extremely inconvenient for us because both of our vehicles were trucks with 36 foot trailers attached. Additionally, several doors throughout the house did not close or lock properly, which was both inconvenient and a safety concern.While the check-in process was a positive start, the lack of communication from the owner and the numerous maintenance and comfort issues significantly impacted our overall experience.

Beautiful home. Just a few issues, 1 tension rod in master bath downstairs lost the tension. The stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow. One of our 50 ladies fell coming down. But the place was cleen and quiet. Plenty of room. 13 total beds. Definitely would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The house was just as described. Plenty of sleeping beds and a nice patio with chairs. We all really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was quick to answer questions and always friendly. Talking about our next trip and renting house again.

Great Cabin

Had a family get toghther we all came frim diffrent states! Was very roomy, good location! Only issue with neighbors was they started shooting off night works after the 4th but was nothing against the property manager Teresa was great with communication. We definitely would stay again.
