not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty bath mat, bugs in the bathroom, roaches in the bedroom. Have stayed in numerous vrbo's they ALL supplied basics (soap, coffee, decent toilet paper). The spread on the bed I slept in smelled. Mold on the wall by the window in the bedroom I was in. It was a nice home, but recommend a better cleaning service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and pest concerns seriously and will be addressing these items with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Our homes are inspected prior to guest arrival, but we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can ensure they are properly addressed. We do provide starter supplies for our guests, though these may differ from what other vacation rentals provide. We’re glad you found the home itself to be nice, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
