Woodhaven House is a contemporary, clean and spacious home. With 3 bedrooms/3 baths, this is a rare find. Comfortable furnishings, natural textiles and lots of space to spread out treats guests to a special experience. This light-filled, 2 -story home features 2 decks and gas fireplace. Centrally located in Hendersonville on a private compound, close to downtown (3.5 miles). Perfectly situated for exploring DuPont and Pisgah's waterfalls and trails, Hendersonville , Brevard, Asheville and more.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just 3.5 miles from downtown Hendersonville. Tree-lined streets are ideal for a neighborhood walk.
Woodhaven House is on a private, multi-home compound, with my other vacation homes.

Woodhaven House is a wonderful house for getting away to enjoy the outdoors. Accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms and up to 8 guests with the daybed/trundle (2 twin beds) in the den. Minutes to grocery and restaurants. Great for couples, families or a trip with your pals. Very close to all the best mountain biking and hiking trails - DuPont, Pisgah, Bent Creek and Mills River. Woodhaven House is centrally located to dining, breweries, wineries and entertainment in Hendersonville, Brevard and Asheville.

Main Floor has:
- 1 king bed in master, with full, en suite bathroom, TV
- 1 queen bed in 2nd bedroom, with adjacent full, 2nd bathroom
- living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room
- porch/deck off of dining room

Daylight, lower level has:
- 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom
- full hall bathroom
- 2 twin beds in back of the den (trundle)
- den with large sofas and TV, desk

Amazing stay

Elizabeth was an amazing host! We loved her house and she was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The house was perfect and we made many memories during our stay playing the games she has at the house.

Clean and Nice

My family and myself absolutely enjoyed our stay. My son's birthday celebration weekend was made wonderful with such a nice house to stay in. We extended our check-out at short notice and was quickly replied to and had a few personal hiccups that the host was more than gracious to help make things easier on us. Would definitely stay here again!

In town for baby shower

We were in town for my daughter's baby shower in the area. This house was perfect for us (my 2 sisters, other daughter and myself), giving each of us our own space. The location was quiet and close access to many things. We wish we'd had more time to explore. We had a couple minor issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely stay again!

Great home

We had a delightful time staying at this home. We, 7 family members, were in the Hendersonville/Asheville area for a wedding at The Venue at Mills River. This home accommodated us perfectly for 2 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The surrounding grounds were beautiful with the colored leaves. The neighborhood provided an interesting walk. All the rooms were exceptionally clean. We got to the wedding in about 10 minutes. Elisabeth was a responsive host. We can easily recommend this house.

Thanksgiving in Hendersonville

Everything was fine with one exception. We were surprised there was no heat in the basement with the exception of the floor heater which did not put out that much heat. The bedroom was the coldest area in the basement.

Hi Jackie, I'm so glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay! To be clear, the home has central heating and air conditioning, with vents in every room, including the lower level. The HVAC unit is less than a year old. Because there's one thermostat and some guests have different temperature preferences, we make space heaters available for supplementary heat. After your stay, we checked the vents and saw that the previous guest right before you had closed the vents in the bedroom. We look forward to hosting you and your family again!

Would definitely go back

Overall, the house was just what we needed. Clean and well laid out. Communication was great. We did need to buy toilet paper and other items I’ve never needed in a rental. I cooked the whole time and while we made do, the kitchen could definitely use some extra bakeware and pans that aren’t scratched up Teflon. But that’s knit picking You feel like you are in the woods! Beautiful trees and lots of birds to enjoy! It was a great choice for us. We used the table downstairs to do a puzzle and sat around the kitchen table playing cards and enjoying being away! Clean and relaxing home.

Great location, clean house

The house was good for our family of 5 adults. 4 slept upstairs and 1 downstairs. The TV and comfortable couches are downstairs. The kitchen is small but served its purpose. The decks are smaller than they seem in the pictures, but it was raining, so we couldn't use them anyway. The house is only a few blocks off the main road, so the road noise out back in the morning is quite loud, . If looking for a relaxing cup of coffee on the deck, I recommend the front patio instead of the back!
