St. Anthony dune trip

House was very clean, had everything we needed. Very close to the dunes park entrance. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked great. Can’t wait to go back again.

Close to the sand dunes!

You can ride right from the house to the sand dunes. Lots of room for trucks and trailers. The house fit our group nicely. My only wish would be for a backyard fire pit and Bbq.

Great Location!

If you're looking to ride the dunes, this house is in an ideal location! The yard could definitely use some TLC, and it would be awesome if there was a small patio or place to sit outside, but aside from that, the inside of the house has been remodeled and was very nice. Comfortable couches and beds, and updated appliances made our stay relaxing when we weren't out riding. We will definitely be back!

dune trip

clean and close to dunes. a short 1/4 mile ditch ride and your there. awesome. however you do need to bring your own everything. they provided bath towels, laundry and dish soap but very few pots, pans utensils, etc. yes I would recommend this place to a friend and yes I'm going to book it again!

If your plan is to go and ride the Sand Dunes, this place works great. Priced appropriately for the level of place you get. It is not a 6000sq ft mansion. It is a nice single level three bedroom, four bed house with a nice sized living room, decent kitchen with great appliances. It worked great for the three of us guys who wanted to hit the dunes. We wished there was a covered outdoor area for the evenings to bbq and hang out. We will return to the dunes, and if this place is available we would definitely book it again.

Great property & location. Close to the dunes. Nice Updated interior. We were playing at the dunes for the weekend so it was great for great for what we needed.

Mouse problem

This place would’ve been fine but the master bath smelled so bad of urine that we thought that there was an animal living underneath the house. Within a day i thought there was a stranger in the house when I had a mouse scratching at my bedroom door and saw the mouse run into the bathroom. I slept terrible worrying about more rodents. I knew where the urine smell was coming from, the mouse was living in the wall of the bathroom. It was also frustrating when we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet paper for three adults. we will not be staying her again.

Great Stay!

Absolutely the closest you can get to the sand dunes with a house rental! You can see the dunes from the home and watch the night rides. House was clean, recently remodeled. Comfy. Plenty of parking areas for trucks and trailers. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great stay! Great location. Only complaint we had was the air would resent we think nightly. Every day we had to set it or it would get very hot in the house. We woke up every morning to a hot house.

Convenient to Dunes

Overall our stay was great. We really appreciated the location close to the dunes, and being able to stage at the property. The house is very basic which was fine for us. The couches are new and comfortable, as well as the mattresses. Some cleaning issues were overlooked, but we found it generally acceptable. Communication was excellent.

Clean, close to dunes, close to town, quite, short drive to Mesa falls. It was a home away from home. Very relaxing after driving 2000 miles to see dunes.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED, Will definitely try to get it next time we com for sure

Only thing was all the dead flies in the kitchen, rec screens for the windows, we left a new toaster for others to use. Would totally go back, hopefully next year

Everything was as expected. I had to look around a little too find the property. Google maps took me a little too far. The washer and dryer were prey loud, but worked.
