Enjoy an idyllic stay in this newly remodeled condo in downtown Rexburg. Two blocks to BYUI campus and LDS Temple, this luxurious retreat is your home away from home.
The contemporary living room highlights stunning modern decor with electric fireplace, sectional, comfy recliner, 65" TV w/ loads of books & games.
The kitchen is equipped with everything that a chef could want. Jam-packed with amenities, this cutie also boasts a designated private office w/ desk, big-screen 65" TV and comfy sofa when you just need a break.
There is a large two-car garage to shelter your ride from hot summers or snowy winters. The back patio features a firepit for those late-night s'more cravings.
The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are sparkling white, clean and fully stocked
The white brick exterior is landscaped with beautiful hydrangeas and outdoor lighting.
Most importantly, the location is one of the best in Rexburg. Close to everything yet quiet as a mouse. Autumn Arbor 3 is a 60 minute drive to Yellowstone and the Tetons. We also provide a list of many other local attractions and activities.

One of the best I’ve ever stayed at

This place is perfection! One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel a lot! I love how updated it is and the beds are very comfortable. Communication was great with Diana. You won’t regret choosing g this property.

Great stay!

The property was immaculate and the location was perfect. We had a minor issue with a sink and it was taken care of within a few hours. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely try to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Clean and organized

This property was the cleanest and best organized I have stayed at in a long time! Great location close to BYUI and the temple. Try Mill Hollow for sandwiches and frozen yogurt within a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

Very clean and comfortable condo in a quiet area. It was decorated with great care and we found the kitchen to have everything we needed. We only used the king bed, it was great - memory foam. It was also a treat to have a garage! Thanks!

Quick visit

We had a quick visit with the kids for the weekend. The rental was very clean and homey. It was nicely decorated. My wife commented that the owner was thoughtful to leave soft blankets in the rooms to keep warm. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful visit.

Beautiful Condo

This property has been beautifully remodeled with modern appliances, stylish dĂ©cor, and sleek flooring. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The fireplace and large-screen TVs added a cozy touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless—so clean, you could probably eat off the floor!The location was perfect, making it even harder to leave.Highly recommend!
