Luxury Hotel, Roof Deck, Parking & Walk to New Hope!

Welcome to the Nouveau Sheridan Hotel!

You are renting the ENTIRE Nouveau Sheridan Hotel, all for yourselves. The original Sheridan Hotel was built in 1876 with a saloon on the ground floor. Taking care to retain original features wherever possible, I have transformed the upstairs hotel portion into a truly luxurious and modern space with all the comforts of home.

There is a Private Parking Lot with security for all my guests. You will have 3 dedicated parking spots (two with signs and a handicap). You will also have the ability to park 2 more cars behind the three. For a total of 5 parking spots!

When you check in: Coming in through the front entrance (how guests of the original hotel entered) you will be greeted with the original lobby from the 1800's, complete with vintage embossed wallpaper original to the hotel.

A set of steep stairs will lead up to the main floor.

Opening the custom sliding glass door you might notice the etching. Can you read what it says?

Behind that sliding door you'll find the eclectic dining room, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a hosting a beautiful dinner.

On the second floor you will find a full bath with a custom-made copper rain head shower.

Entering the gourmet kitchen, you'll wonder if you've stepped onto the set of a home and garden magazine photoshoot! From the exposed ceiling beams to the vintage bubble-glass cabinetry, the kitchen design is sure to please. Another one-of-a-kind feature that will get your attention is the hood over the stove: hand-hammered zinc, encased with factory leather belts to accent. All appliances are high end.

A pair of sliding doors will bring you to the incredible roof deck and outdoor shower. All the patio furniture cushions are stored in the bins to keep them safe and dry!

Also off the kitchen is a stunning eight-foot tall door made from salvaged wood from a Philadelphia mansion. Leaving through this door brings you down the tower to your second egress. This will lead you back out to the parking lot.

Also on the second floor you will find a cozy bedroom perfect for the guest that doesn't want to navigate up another set of stairs.

Another set of steep stairs takes you to the upstairs bedrooms. If you have small children or elderly guests with you, this might not be conducive to your family.

I promise you though, the workout is worth it :)

You'll be treated with a "TaDa"! The 3rd floor bathroom is probably the most luxurious, beautiful, bathroom I have ever designed! Luxuriate in the clawfoot soaking tub, or enjoy the double shower head. Wrap up in a towel that has been heated on the vintage radiator towel rack.

Down the hall are the three bedrooms. Each are designed to give you a sense of simplistic serenity..

The Master is pure luxury with its calming grey tones. The king size bed is soft and comfy.

The Queen Bedroom sparkles in lovely gold and yellow accents. The queen bed is also very soft and comfy.

The Bunk Bedroom has two adult-size twin mattresses. I designed the "Ralph Lauren" style bunks myself!

Additionally, outside the master can be used as either a lounging area, or a space where one or two extra guests can sleep. All the sleeping accoutrements are in the lovely buffet I hand painted myself for those extra guests!

Please Note: For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine and ear plugs (in case of a partner that snores, lol) to help provide serenity while you decompress from a full day...enjoy!

ADDITIONAL RULES :)

I'd really like my guests to be of 25yrs old to make a reservation . ABSOLUTELY NO Parties... (Engagement, Bachelorette, Bachelor or Weddings Bridal or Baby Showers). It's a Small Town & Everyone hears Everything.. No unregistered guests. Meaning.... No other guests are allowed without prior consent. If you haven't divulged, unfortunately, you'll will be fined $250 for each additional guest a night. Hotel has 2 large sets of stairs. It's really NOT suitable for young kids, or elderly. I will NOT be responsible for ANY ACCIDENTS . There is some outlet covers, NO window guards, NO baby gates on the stairs, NO locks on the cabinets. Please, please...No
Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms. If you could load the dishwasher when leaving Please. Please take out the garbage when leaving as well. (its only common curiosity) No Smoking on My Balcony Please. Only smoking is allowed outside the Front Door of the Hotel. Cigarette Butts MUST be disposed of in supplied in the vintage sanded lunch box . DO NOT SMOKE ON THE Ramp (my tenants live there with kids :) No pets are allowed unfortunately :( NOICE CURFEW: The Home is Monitored by Minus Monitoring System: The noice curfew is at 10PM. We Love our Neighbors :) NO Playing Music or Playing Games on the Roof Deck AFTER 10PM! I DO NOT want to Lose my Short Term Rental License. (I have tenants & neighbors) I have an amazing roof deck that supplies Patio Cushions & Umbrella for our guests to use. PLEASE put them away OR Down, if you'r going out for the day. It's been known to down pour while you'r out and about. Thanks much!
