This single-story, wheelchair-friendly executive home appropriately named Hale Moli (house of the albatross) just finished a complete remodel in 2021 and not a single attention to detail was spared. Perched high on the cliffs of the picturesque sixth hole, the outer edges of the greens at Makai Golf Course are home to dozens of nesting albatross and the oversized lanai off the rear of this property is the perfect place to enjoy nature and beauty abound. Watch the sun dip straight into the Pacific from your cozy outdoor couches then cook up some fresh, local fish on the grill. You won’t want to leave the comfort of this outdoor living space.

Once inside, Hale Moli features a magnificent chef's kitchen and wetbar with a dual-fuel, six-burner range and electric oven, KitchenAid professional series appliances, separate wall/convection oven, and plenty of space to prepare a gourmet meal in the comfort of your own home. (Olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices provided) The separate wet bar is equipped with an ice refrigerator and all of the necessary accessories to enjoy tiki cocktails on the lanai.

Three spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom makes this property perfect for traveling couples, extended families, or families with children. Each room is uniquely themed. All bedrooms have smart TVs, pillow top mattresses, and air-conditioning (a unique feature in Hawaiian homes!)

The Bali Hai bedroom has ocean views from a luxurious, California king-sized bed. This bedroom also features an independent workspace and en-suite bathroom with an oversized tub, walk-in rain shower, and dual vanity with plenty of space. The I'a bedroom features a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and the Mala bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Bulk soap amenities are also provided.

The main part of the home boasts two separate living spaces. The entertainment room can be partitioned off by a barn door and has a wrap around sofa perfect for lounging and watching a movie. There is a DVD player, cable, and even a Nintendo Mini that contains hundreds of vintage NES games - brush up on your Super Mario Brother skills on rainy days! Enjoy the cabinet of popular board games too.

The other living area has comfortable modern furniture and in addition to the work area in the Bali Hai bedroom, also features a second independent workspace for couples who are telecommuting. Hi-speed internet throughout the home - lightning fast download speeds and Zoom-meeting friendly.

And of course, the other best part of this home is the treasure trove of beach equipment waiting for you in the garage.
