We were in town for my grandsons birthday and needed an overflow place to stay with our mini poodles. Nice little condo and conveniently located. We only slept here so didn’t use any of the kitchen items. The living room was comfortable. The bed was a little firm for our liking. The backyard didn’t have any grass (poodles are picky) so we still had to leash and walk the dogs but there was grass close by. The front door knob was hard to lock and turn so easier to lock inside and pull closed. Overall suited our needs well and would stay again.

The property worked perfect for my work trip. Located right between my two offices. Bonus, it was pet friendly for my two dogs! Although I didn’t use the pool, it was nice that is was there.

Yes, beautiful, cozy and convenient

The condo is as described, fully stocked, softest sheets I've ever slept on, , beautiful fixtures and furnishings throughout. The location is convenient to US 167 Sherwood, Lakewood area of North Little Rock. Near many restaurants and shopping, the area is well lit at night for walking the dog. I plan to stay jere again.

Quick trip to Arkansas

We enjoyed our stay. We were here to visit family at the Air Force base. This property was close to everything. The second bedroom upstairs is open to the stairway, so that made it a little loud from noises downstairs, but otherwise it was a wonderful property.

3 generation 'girls' trip. Condo was even better than it appeared in photos. Very clean and comfy. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do with quick access to Little Rock. Lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Minor issue was quickly addressed by owner. Would stay again.

Condo experience

This is now the third time staying at the condo. It is as advertised, extremely easy check in/out process, near food and shopping. Neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who also travel out to the greater Little Rock area for work.

Great location!!

The property was nice, clean and centrally located. We were less than 10 minutes from our prime location. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in the Little Rock area.

An Enjoyable Stay

My parents and I were traveling to Houston and we needed to break up our trip into two days. We wanted the comforts of home rather than staying at a hotel or motel. This was a very pleasant find and a comfortable overnight stay. The place was tidy when we arrived and instructions were very clear - there was even a binder with them and a list of recommended attractions and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic from the nearby highway may be a bother to some. For me, I would stay here again if I have the chance in the future.

My friend and I both live nearby and bought this condo because it is so convenient to everything and knew we could make it beautiful and we did! We updated all baths, painted everything and filled it with brand new furniture and bedding.

The condo has a cute little private, fenced in patio and a balcony off the master bedroom suite. There's also a big grass area perfect for your pets to use.
