This home is located in ta quiet neighborhood with Bill Harmon Recreational Center right in the neighborhood. Walk the sidewalk to the center and enjoy an olympic-size pool and full weight-room for only $5 per day. Quick access is available to be in North Little Rock in minutes, downtown Little Rock in 10 minutes, or the Airforce Base just to the north in Jacksonville.

Be sure to check out Burns Park, the nations largest municipal park, or the Old Mill just minutes away. Uber and Lyft are available with the Little Rock airport just being 15 minutes away. If you need hospital access, all the hospitals in Central Arkansas can be accessed quickly.

Camera Location
The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. One located left of the driveway at the corner of the house overlooking the driveway and front walkway. The second camera is located outside the back door to the left overlooking the back patio and yard. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up/tamper with the exterior security cameras at any time.
