One of Folly's Best! Oceanfront Nest is a brand-new oceanfront showstopper! Boasting 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms this duplex can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. Both units have a complete kitchen dining laundry and living room. Kitchens are equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops and all bedrooms come with Smart TVs for your enjoyment. In total there are 5 king beds and 2 queens with both units combined. Follow the spiral staircase up to the third floor to behold a master loft with its own en suite bathroom and ocean views. Spend your days lounging on the expansive back deck or take advantage of your own private access point to the beach! The views are breathtaking and can be relished from inside and outside of this property. Parking is off street and private and there is a small yard in front of the home. Every aspect of 1701 E Ashley ensures a truly luxurious vacation experience that you will not want to miss! Oceanfront Nest allows up to 6 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. We LOVED the Nest!

This was my 7th visit to Folly Beach and my first time at this property. Our group was large (18) and we ALL had enough space. It was not cramped by any means and holy cow all the bathrooms!!!! My one complaint would be there are no drawers for storage. While every room had a closet we didn’t bring hangers, nor can you hang bikini’s. There was a vanity in the master bathroom with 2 drawers, but there were holes cut in the drawers to accommodate the plumbing. I couldn’t really use them for clothing. Also, don’t use the stairs without shoes. The metal slip guard on the stairs was brutal on our feet. But over all the house was amazing. Close to the beach. Loved the outdoor showers on both top and bottom. Plenty of room to hang out on the deck with everyone. The pictures don’t do this place justice!! It was better in person and I would highly recommend!!!

Great for a big group

Stayed here mid-week in early October with a group of about 12 people, and we rented both the upper and lower units. Property is great -- it is beach front, located about 3 miles from the main Folly Beach downtown area. Good: -Clean -Grills at both upper and lower units -Outdoor shower -Upper unit master bedroom suite is awesome -- view of the ocean from the bed Could be better: -Unit does not come with nearly enough towels for a big group -Propane tank in the upper unit grill was nearly empty forcing us to swap it out with the propane tank from the lower unit -No clear instructions on how to get the outdoor shower to work -- if you rent this house, follow the hose to the lower unit outdoor hose faucet near the entry door to the lower unit and open that faucet to get the outdoor shower to work -No sponge, dish soap, or dishwasher soap included which was pretty annoying -Not the house's fault at all, but be warned that Uber/Lyft might not be available at night that far out on the island

One unit good and One unit b

Upper unit adequate. Bottom unit needs work. Walked into unit smelled musty,. Further investigation found mold in various areas of bottom unit. Called manager about it. Maintenance man came out and washed areas, threw away molded wooden cutting board.. asked about dehumidifier-never brought one back. For the price of rent, II expect a clean unit without mold and mildew .I am surprised it passed expectation. I have stayed in many places on Isle of Palm and never Had mold and mildew,! I am disappointed.
