Wonderful property

3 minute walk to the beach Very comfortable house for extended family that including grandparents, kids 3 & 4 and infants under 2. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again.

Totally relaxing trip. The house was great for our multi-generation family. The agency was superb. We will be back.

Close to everything. We would love to stay there again but only issue we had was the parking. Limited to 3 vehicles. We needed 4. They would all fit but for some reason only 3 permitted. Other than that it was great. We had 12 people (8 adults 4 children) and it didn’t feel crowded.

11 Atlantic Beach

Everyone was excited as we walked in the door for the long awaited wedding weekend! The house was just as it showed on website and more. Location was perfect and the house was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Great location

Overall beautiful home near the beach. The location is perfect with views of the golf course and a short walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Some deferred maintenance on the home including broken closet doors. Could use some additional attention on the screened porch which was not very clean.

Fanastic Winter Stay

We stayed in the winter over New Year and enjoyed the house. It had lots of space, was a quick walk to the beach, had new appliances, and was well-appointed. My only complaint is that there was a drawer in the kitchen that needs to be replaced that holds the silverware. Other than that, it was terrific!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home that is steps from the beach.

Everything was in place and ready to go when we arrived. The beach gear was delivered. Communication was great with the rental company.
