Just as the title says, it was exactly WHAT I NEEDED! Beach just steps away, Privacy, Spacious enough for our family of 4 adults.The stress melted away. Easy, check in and check out. Responsive host. What more could I ask for- it was just right.

Wow! What a great location and atmosphere! Right on the beach, we loved hearing only the waves and breeze in the palms at night. It was blissfully quiet here!! Place was clean, very well stocked and pictures were accurate. The beach is perfect for beach combing and long walks.

Fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Phil was an amazing host! Was pouring rain when we arrived and he met us when we got out of the taxi with an umbrella helping us unload our luggage. Touched base with us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Perfect location.

Retreat and Reunion with Family

The villa was a great base for our exploration of the island. The property was easily accessible, but secluded enough to provide relative privacy. Yet there was no concern for safety.

Lovely condo

Nicely equipped with beach towels and chairs. Access to the beach is through adjacent public space. Large sand dunes are directly between condo and ocean.

An Island paradise

This is the most amazing little villa with everything you could possibly need or want. The host was attentive, gave great recommendations, and pays attention to details. Quiet location yet close to the action at Jobos beach. Centrally located to many wonderful beaches and attractions. Couldn't have been happier.

Well Located, Lovely & Quiet Retreat On the Beach

This is a very pleasant and well equipped retreat. If anything, it is better than the pictures. A rather secluded beach is a few minutes walk and many good restaurants and public beaches are nearby as are the towns of Aquadilla, Isabella, and Rincon. The host, Phillip, is very helpful and quick to respond to communications. My wife and I are already looking forward to returning to this spot. I highly recommend this wonderful retreat.

Long weekend in Isabela

The Villa was perfect for us. The beach is a few steps away. Bring water shoes, as there are sharp shells in this area. There a few restaurants overlooking the water & just a short walk down to Jobos beach . Phil was very helpful with recommendations & quick responses! Be sure to use google maps for navigation. The weather was perfect Jan 12-15.

A Perfect Spot to Unwind

The four of us absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for my parents who wanted to walk on the beach at sunset, and for my boyfriend and I to find fun beach activities nearby. Although the beach isn't quite safe for swimming, there were plenty of swimming beaches less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved some of the near-by restaurants that we stopped by for dinner & drinks! It was nice having two rooms that were of decent size and a full kitchen for when we decided to make dinner ourselves! We are already thinking about coming back next year, and sure hope that we can!

very clean

The apartment was very clean. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the hot water in the indoor shower rarely worked. Phil told me that the hot water was on demand and he would call a plumber, don't know if he did but it was not working when we left. Also it was close to the airport so we could hear the planes coming and going.

Thank you again for your stay and your four star rating. After further review, we did determine the faucet cartridges to not be balancing the hot water output due to internal corrosion. They have since been replaced! Again, my apologies that the water did not adjust to your desired temperature during your stay. For others considering a stay anywhere in the local area, BQN airport does operate as a 24hr international airport, though rarely do guests consider planes a distraction (or even notice when inside the villa) while enjoying their Caribbean vacation.

Beautiful part of Puerto Rico

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this rental in March 2022. Phil, our host, was especially attentive to ensuring our stay was perfect. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. The unit is at the end of a quiet dead end street and directly adjacent to a Long Beach so you can enjoy the ocean breezes or take walks. The inside was clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The outside has a nice patio with furniture, umbrella and hammocks. Nearby is a food court and several good restaurants.
