This condo is equipped with 2 separate bedrooms with queen sized beds for that extra comfort. Also, it has a kitchen and living room space with an outdoor balcony with a spectacular and breath taking ocean view! In the living room you will find a flat screen TV that offers premium streaming content from Netflix! It also has a gym and sauna in the bulding for those wanting to get a good exercise! It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the performing arts center and downtown restaurants/bars.

The Location and View where Outstanding

This condo was perfectly located to the Convention Center. We were able to drive to the condo, park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. While we were there during a rain storm, the view was beautiful and had we had sunshine, we would have used the outside patio. This is a location I would be happy to return to.

Wonderful place with awesome view

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all of us, full kitchen, nice bedrooms and very spacious bathrooms with huge closets. We loved the convenience of parking close to the elevator and the room being near the elevator and not having to walk long hallways to get to the room. We also liked the privacy of the property - keyed access only. We were within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. One of the best things about our stay was the hospitality of our host, Abel. He made sure everything was good and we were happy. Thank you Abel!
