We stayed at this unit for nearly a week before discovering it was full of roaches and roach nymphs, a clear sign of an active infestation. They were crawling inside kitchen appliances and on the counters. The unit was in poor condition, the door is extremely hard to open and close because it is lopsided and unfixed. Most of the dishes were dirty; crusty forks, dirty cups, and pots and pans with over 70% of the Teflon coating flaked off. Roach carcasses were scattered throughout the apartment, making the quality of cleaning questionable. The throw blanket left on the couch was crusty and gross.The amenities were severely lacking. We were given about two tablespoons of heavily watered-down dish soap and a tissue box with only three tissues left. The shower supplies consisted of a less than half full bottle of Suave Kids 3-in-1âno separate shampoo, conditioner, or soap. One shower door was labeled âPlease do not use this door ;)â with no explanation, despite the door working fine.We constantly heard the neighbors above us day and night. Cars parked directly in front of our window with headlights on, blinding us at night. The bedroom heater/AC looks far past its service life and was too loud to sleep with on.The surrounding area is not the safest - there was a homeless man living in a Nissan Quest parked in front of the property all week.
