This boutique complex is centrally located at the Maalaea Harbor just north of Kihei and south of Lahaina. You will be only steps away from a general store, the Maui Ocean Center and many dining options!

The complex is located right next to the Maalaea Harbor where you can set sailing on the Pacific ocean for snorkeling, diving, sunset, and whale watching tours (in season)!

Just steps to the longest uninterrupted stretch of beach on Maui, it is a perfect place to watch the Hawaiian sea turtles, humpback whales (in winter months), and enjoy the views and natural surroundings in paradise.

This condo is located in the quaint harbor village where you will find the Maui Ocean Center - home to Maui's world class Aquarium and a delightful outdoor center with shopping and dining opportunities.

It was a perfect view. 5th floor, center. Sunrise over Haleakala, turtles (12 on beach one night) and whales! Condo had everything for a comfortable stay (although would have liked a/c in bedroom).

The complex is beautiful, the condo was clean, and the lanai was perfect! We could spot turtles daily, and the views were amazing. Great location on the bay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was just as we expected! Perfect views from our balcony, nightly we were able to see the sea turtles come ashore. The unit was comfortable, no a/c in tge bedroom but a lot of fans and a great breeze that made it no issue at all! Overall the property was a good location to explore the island from and the pool area was nice. We feel a hot tub would be a great addition, but not a deal breaker!

Lovely condo!

Comfortable and well equipped ocean view unit. Loved our private balcony for sunrise breakfasts and watching the turtles down below in the evening. Would stay again!

We loved this location and the view was breathtaking! They do have beach chairs in the unit for use. I didnt realize that before we rented some. It had everything we needed while we stayed.

Beautiful views

I traveled solo and this was an excellent location for my needs. I’ve stayed in this complex three times, three different units. This unit 509 has unbeatable views from the lanai. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway

Renovated condo that was done right. They have everything you could ask for in this condo including beach chairs, umbrellas , snorkel gear and more. Well appointed kitchen and a gorgeous view. The sea turtles come up on the beach each evening and is really special to see. If you are going to explore the island it is in a great spot and only 15 minutes to the airport. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Nice view condor

The unit is very clean and updated, good size for family of 2 or 4. Beautiful close up ocean view from the balcony, and can hear the sounds of the waves. Nice equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook much. The surround landscaping is very green and well maintained. The neigh hood seemed very quite and relaxing. It is our first trip in Maui , so we spent most of our daytime explored in North, South, West, East sides of Maui, so we thought that it was good to stay central location Maalaea to get us to everywhere easier. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Our little love shack

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was a huge hit with my wife, she called it our little love shack. This little cottage was very quaint and the bed over looked the tide pools and you could see the stars t the upper window! if you want a private, little cottage for two for a special occasion it’s perfect!! The location was perfect for our excursions and dining out. They also had a brand new grill which we took advantage of several evenings for which we ate on the back lanai over looking the tide pools. Speaking of tide pools, one of our favorite things when we visit tropical islands, we found a sea turtle in distress whom had fishing line wrapped tight around his/her neck and front flippers. We cut the fishing line off and called the local turtle patrol Marc who was amazing, he was there in 20 minutes, he evaluated the turtle and we returned him to the ocean!! Jay was very responsive to our needs during our stay. If we make it to the big island again we will definitely stay here again!!

On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give it a 3. Starting with the view and working to the door, the view was beautiful. The patio had either to much furniture or it was to big for the space. The air conditioner drip on floor other than in tub (needs repair) the screen door and sliding glass door fall of track and continually needs to be put back on track (needs Repair) In the living room the air conditioner makes excessive noise, the couch needs to be replaced and it would have nice to get instructions on TV. Two remotes one Phillips the other spectrum doing different things volume on/off etc. Also, dirty rug in living room. Kitchen was great, however it needs more silver ware. Bathroom needs immediate attention to replace the handheld shower and clean dirt on fan. The bedroom needs new mattress and again no instructions on TV (what channels and premium Channels). The floor fan blew it filter all over when turned on, replace filter or get rid of. The key by the door had no explanation for its use. Last stall 74 is horrible Get rid of the garbage container so a person doesn't have to back out to the street The pool needs wind barriers, and a bathroom would be nice Photos on request

Beautiful and comfortable!

As advertised - updates and Well-stocked with all you need to stay in and cook, go out to the beach or just hang out! They even had a coffee grinder! The balcony wall was higher than expected so I had to stand to watch the water and look for whales instead of sit at the table m, which I saw a few of swim by. The balcony also was smaller in length than it appeared in the listing photos- which was disappointing since I chose this place first for its balcony. But it was still beautiful & I saw one turtle swimming to shore during the full moon! Host checked ok us a couple times and had suggestions for things to do and places to go. I appreciated those small details to w sure we had a good time. I slept in the sofa bed and it was very comfortable and my dad said the bed and bedroom were great. I read a recent review from a guest who mentioned unsavory people in the neighborhood and concern for her kids sleeping on the sofa bed. Not sure what they are talking about cause this condo is on the 5th floor so unless people are climbing the walls it makes no sense. And everyone I saw around were other tourists and the beds were fine- maybe they were in a different condo. but in the end I would highly recommend staying here!

Over priced for the bed that was very uncomfortable and Security concerns

I always like to give good review but just want to make sure that others don't get carried away by the pictures. I think this property was bit over priced : My wife and I could not sleep well for 3 days because the bed was sinking in the middle and we kept falling in , not a bad thing as a couple for an hour or so :-) , but eventually you need your space to sleep. Based on the condition of the bed I requested a cancellation so that I can reserve other property but I was told that there will be no refund. Tim the manager on duty did call the local property owner and they flipped the bed, however that did not do the trick. Tim also offered me $100 refund for the inconvenience Other concern I have is security: I saw bunch of strange folks wandering around on the property in the day time and with 2 kids sleeping on the sofa bed in the other room at night was not comfortable for us either. A subtle notice or someone walking on the corridor kept walking us up and checking on the kids. For most people Hawaii vacation is once in a life time opportunity and for property managers and owners this is daily business, they don't care. If you are going to Maui for vacation and specially with Family and if you can afford couple of hundred more. I would highly recommend a resort or a hotel, that way you can focus on vacation and good time and not on how is your bed going to be or who is going to knock on your door at the middle of the night. On a positive note, view from the property is good, Property was packed with all the basic needs and kids loved their sofa bed ( Kids don't complain :-) when they have TV in front the bed )

While bed firmness can be a personal preference, our team was more than happy to rotate the bed and offer solutions to make you more comfortable during your stay. A great place to stay

This condo was a great place to stay. It was clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, was right on the water and had a wonderful view. It was centrally located so the drive to both the east and west side of the island wasn’t too long. The people at Sunny Maui Vacations were very nice to work with and checked in with us several times. If ever we get back to visiting Maui, we’ll definitely try to arrange a stay here.

Great location, comfortable unit

Convenient location for getting around the island. Unit well furnished, bed very comfortable, patio perfect for whale watching (we stayed from Jan-Mar) and watching green sea turtles feeding. Very clean unit and easy to keep clean, decor lovely and up to date. Especially loved the fact that we didn't have to use a/c because of the cool breeze through the unit when keeping the bedroom window, the front door propped open and using the patio screen. Loved hearing the ocean 24 hrs a day. Reserved parking space close to unit. Permanent residents quite friendly. Would book this unit again if we visit Maui in the future. The agent was always courteous and helpful when we had questions. Couldn't figure out TV connection on arrival and they had someone here the same day to show us how to use. WIFI was really good connection, only flickering one very short time during a rainstorm. Our stay could not have been more perfect!

Beautiful views & convenient location. Little bit of parking issues.

Gorgeous morning views! Very centrally located to everything on the island. Comfortable bed. Loved having the washer & dryer. The apartment was stocked with coffee and sugar. The only problem we had was parking. Two days in a row there was someone parked in our assigned spot. When I called Sunny Vacations, they said there was nothing they could do so I had to park my rental car on the side of the road, in the mud, a block away. The next day fortunately, the people that my sister rented from in a building next to us said we could park there.
