Welcome to our beautifully updated vacation home in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Our luxurious 3000 sq ft property boasts all new furnishings and updates, providing the ultimate comfort and convenience for your stay.

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a spacious family room with an elegant fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room is equipped with a 65" inch TV and blue-tooth sound bar, providing endless entertainment options, and a dining table that converts into a pool table!

But the fun doesn't stop there! Head to our amazing game room, complete with 4 large screen TVs, perfect for watching all your favorite games and sporting events. The room also features a shuffle board, Golden Tee golf game, and an elegant cigar lounge vibe.

After a day of adventure, take a dip in our large swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi. The backyard also includes a BBQ, corn hole, putting green, and an outdoor TV, providing endless opportunities for outdoor entertainment.

We had a great weekend with friends, and the house came with everything we needed. extremely clean, comfortable, with enough room to sleep everyone in our group. the backyard and pool were amazing, as well as the game room and pool table. safe neighborhood, central to many restaurants and bars in the scottsdale area. we will definitely be staying again.

Great layout and location

Really enjoyed this property! Well laid out w plenty of ways to enjoy being at the house. Location is great and close to old town Scottsdale. And the owner was responsive when we had questions. I would rent this property again for sure!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend. It was close to all the locations we visited and it is simply adorable. I wish we were there in the summer to really enjoy the outdoors.

This house truly has it all! All of the amenities were amazing, and the location to Old Town Scottsdale cannot be beat (roughly one mile). Stayed here while on a golf trip with 8 friends and everyone had a blast! TVs in every room too. Would 100% stay here again.

Friends getaway

The place was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of beds for everyone. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Very clean and great location. Only a couple minute drive from old town. Close enough to take a golf cart back from the bars and restaurants. Overall great place and would recommend to others.

Great 50th Birthday w/ Family & Friends

The house is beautiful ! I want to redecorate my entire house after staying here - a lot of attention to detail! Very clean & beds were very comfortable. We had 10 adults & everyone had nothing but nice things to say. Kitchen is fully equipped & seating for meals inside & outside was great! Close to restaurants, grocery store & shops!

I try to give details I haven’t seen in other post. We arrived Christmas night and stayed about 5 days. The host was very prompt when I reached out. However, the hot tub was not working which was one of our main request from my sister and her kids. But the owner did heat the pool without charging us since the hot tub wasn’t working. The beds are ALL really firm if you like that. Staying at this property was my sister’s family and my family. A total of eight people. Four males and four females. We found out that we could have used an extra bathroom. This is not the fault of the host, but just something we realized while staying. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached the other two bathrooms are not attached to a bedroom. One is in a hallway and one is attached to the main living room. My wife and I walked the neighborhood. It felt very safe. The house is located close to downtown Scottsdale. My Waymo said downtown Scottsdale was 1.3 miles away. I highly recommend riding in an Waymo while you’re there, fun experience. Overall, the house was as advertised. Clean, good location etc but we just had a few blips. But it was the week between Christmas and New Year’s so I know it’s hard to get repairmen at that time.

Best house in the neighborhood

For 10 men on a bachelor party, this house more than accommodated us. The house has high end finishes, super clean, everything we needed for cooking and playing. Great location for old town Scottsdale, casino and golf

This place has it all! Dave hosted our large group for the weekend, and everything was even better than pictured. Beautiful, clean, spacious, fun! Dave was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely choose the property again!! Thanks again!

100% Perfection

What can I say about staying at this Old Town Scottsdale house other than exceptional! It looked EXACTLY like the pictures and lived up to the description. Was clean and STOCKED with towels and even had some kitchen basics that are rare at VRBOs (salt, pepper, oils, etc.) The owner was INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE and ACCOMMODATING! We come to Scottsdale every Spring Break and this home is a MUST next year!

Fantastic Property - Highly Recommended

We stayed in February of 2024 with 3 couples. The house could have easily handled 4 couples comfortably! Everything about our stay was perfect. Dave was always quick to respond to my questions via the VRBO app before we arrived and then was available by text once we arrived in Scottsdale. We enjoyed the hot tub, the heated pool, the putting green and the game room! The property is conveniently located to Old Town Scottsdale and the Phoenix Airport. The pictures on the VRBO listing give you a great look at the property and would highly recommend you stay here!

Great times at Devonshire

Stayed here with a few friends. 8 of us total and plenty of room to spare. AWESOME house. Everything is new and nice. Backyard is incredible. Hang by the pool, hit the putting green and play some cornhole. We’re all also big sports fans and the game room with 4 TVs was a dream come true. The host was extremely responsive and was very helpful. Pool table in the dining room was the icing on the cake. VERY fun house to stay at with tons to do nearby and also a great place to hang at.

Fantastic home! Checked every box!

This home was perfect for our large family group. There was plenty of room and things for all 10 of us to do. The kitchen is set up very nicely, especially for a large group. The beds are all super comfortable and the supply of items like towels, garbage bags, paper products, bathroom products, kitchen utensils and even coffee was better than any other vacation property I’ve rented. The property manager was very easy to reach and responded to questions very quickly. The location of this property to basically anything and anywhere in Scottsdale is perfect to the 101 and the Scottsdale Rd & Camelback corridors. Old town Scottsdale is about a mile away. I’ll definitely book this property again & highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed here at all.

Time with family is the best!

This house EVERYTHING!! Although I live here in Scottsdale, my condo is far too small for myself and 7 nieces who came for a visit. Finding this house made their stay so enjoyable. From ease of entering instructions, answering questions and actually adjusting dates of our stay to include an additional night management worked with me to make our stay perfect. This house is so well appointed. It is literally bring you clothes and relax. The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space every evening. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a gourmet meal. The baths had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The living room had blankets to wrap in as the evenings were still chilly. Each room had great beds with wonderful mattresses. The game room added to our fun. If you are coming to Scottsdale and need a place to enjoy family and friends THIS IS IT!!
