Accueil complĂštement mis Ă  jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles et mises Ă  niveau, configuration parfaite pour passer du bon temps dans la vieille ville. La maison a 4 chambres Ă  coucher, plus une salle de jeux avec un lit pour dormir si bien qu’elle pourrait ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme 5Ăšme chambre. Accueil a des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  grand Ă©cran dans toutes les chambres, salle de jeux avec jeu de palets et autres jeux a 4 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs pour Sports bar comme environnement pour regarder des jeux et des Ă©vĂ©nements sportifs! Accueil a des tonnes de choses amusantes, y compris une table de billard, ping-pong, trou de maĂŻs, jeu de palets, jacuzzi, etc. Cette remise Ă  neuf complĂšte sera terminĂ©e d'ici le 25 novembre 2019. Fantastic Stay in Scottsdale. We had an amazing time at this property. The house slept 7 adults comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for hanging out by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cornhole. The home was spotless on arrival, and there were plenty of TVs throughout for everyone to enjoy.Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale!

Family Vacation

Loved this property with the many amenities included. The proximity to so many attractions made this one of my best Vrbo rentals in Scottsdale. The communication with the host was outstanding during the entire process.

83rd Street was a great location. Close to Old Town. Backyard was great for entertaining and host was available for all my questions. Hope we can stay next year!

Pictures reflect reality! Great spot.

So often you see listings of rentals and the reality is, it's small and cramped. Not this place. Very spacious! Our group of 6 was extremely comfortable, and we loved the large living room, kitchen, backyard, and dining area. The pictures are actually what you get. The mattresses and linens are also very comfortable. The garage hang out area is awesome, too. You will enjoy staying here.

Great Vacation!!

7 of us stayed here over Christmas and loved every minute! Plenty of room and we could have easily had 2 more guests. The house is set up well for socializing. Well equipped kitchen with a hidden pool table under the dining table. The game room would be great during March Madness if you wanted to watch all basketball games. The backyard had a nice covered area w large table where we played games and a hot tub we loved after some strenuous hiking! Camel Back Mtn is a quick Uber ride - 10 minutes. Old Town was a 5 minute Uber. We walked to the grocery store. We didn’t do much shopping but Fashion Square is 10 minutes away. ATV tour w Stellar Adventures is a must do and they pickEd is up at the house. We rented a car for one day to drive to Sedona for amazing hiking and landscape. All in all, the house is in a fantastic location and was perfect for our group.

Great proximity to everything

The stay was great. My friends and I had plenty of room and we were close to literally everything we did - golf, downtown Scottsdale, game in Glendale. Owners had very good communication.

NFL Golf group

Perfect place for group of four. Each person had their own room and the amenities that were offered were great and we used them all. Close to the action of old with. See you next year town. Take a golf card cab for even more fun. Grocery store only couple blocks away. David was great to deal

Stayed a week

We stayed a week in this lovely Scottsdale home. The house matches the pictures. Dave was great to work with and sent instructions on how to enter the property several days before we got there, which was really nice not wondering if I was going to get the address and codes. The house had very easy access. Dave was also very responsive whenever I had a question and he followed up afterwards too. The backyard is a little oasis with the pool and hot tub and enough room to play bags. We spent quite a bit of time around and in the pool. The beds were all very comfortable and so nice to have 3 full bathrooms, so everyone could have their own bathroom. The house is so close to Old Town, Top Golf, shopping, and lots of good restaurants! It was so easy to find fun things to do!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We are in Old Town Scottsdale and very close to restaurants, Bars, The Mall, Golf Courses, etc. About 1.7 Miles North and a quick 5 minute drive you will find the popular Fashion Square Mall for all of your shopping needs along with Old Town Scottsdale. There is the entertainment district in Old town with plenty of clubs (Whiskey Row, Bottled Blonde, Bevvy, Dakota.... Just to name a few.) Old town has plenty of restaurants to try. A few of our favorites are: Hula’s, Diego Pops, Chop Shop, Farm and Craft, Banderas, The Mission, Geisha a go go, Barrio Queen, Cowboy Ciao.... You really can’t go wrong. If you are in the mood for a casual drink but don’t want to hit the clubs we suggest, Scape Goat (beer and wine only), Counter Intuitive (specialty cocktails), Second Story and The Montauk (Also has a good food Menu.) Starbuck, Bashes Grocery Store, and Liquor store all in walking distance from our house.

Getting around

PARKING
You have 3 slab parking spots in front of the house depending on the size of your car. The garage is not to be used for vehicles. Street parking is also safe and encouraged for any additional guests.

SCOTTSDALE TROLLEY/BUS
There are trolley stops very close to home with several different routes. We suggest that you look up the trolley routes and times for the most accurate information.

UBER/LIFT
Download the app! We use both Uber and Lift frequently. They are easy to use and usually have no problem finding the home.

LIMEBIKE
If you are feeling like a bike ride you can download this app. You may see several places where bright green bikes are parked. If you download this app you will have access to take these bikes to and from.

Easy access golf courses, Phoenix Open, and Talking Stick Casino. This home is located between the Cubs spring training field and the Diamond backs. Great central location!
