Nice Place To Stay

Nice unit for a quick wkd getaway. Didn’t receive check in info until I contacted seller thru vrbo at 5:02 pm. Quick to respond with info needed. Off street parking is a tight fit. Apt upstairs had a full size truck and so did we. An unoccupied car was parked there too. 3 vehicles max fit. Upstairs renters were heavy footed. We could hear their every trek until they settled into bed about 11 pm the 1st night. Not really their fault, just the duplex itself. Shower towels were pretty worn and we only got 4, no extras. Bedrooms could use some curtains. Gets pretty bright at 6:30 am in both bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed the unit. Enough utensils & pans to make meals. Free Amazon movies/shows were nice too. Would stay here again if in Omaha. Thank you!

Great Spot for Zoo and Downtown

This location is perfect as it is right off the interstate and close to downtown and the zoo. The owners were very gracious when we had to change our dates last minute. They also accomodated the needs for our family. My family was impressed with a clonliness and updated features on the home. The place was just as listed. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the fans as it got kind of warm during the night . Some things that could have made it stay better would be black out curtains in the bedroom. Otherwise, overall it was a positive experience. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay

This place was a great place to stay. Super easy to get to and inside. The place was clean and was just like the description. We explored the area and it was a nice surprise to have a walking path that led to a pedestrian bridge over to Nebraska. Such a cool area.

Great location, really well organized, nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated the thoughtful approach to making the kitchen, living/sleeping spaces, and bathroom so functional and comfortable to use and keep clean. We had a really nice family stay, along with our teenage daughters, in the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro.

It was easy. Nick very responsive to all questions. People above us were up late and up early. Crying child. That was the only negative.

Great location

Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay. Location (for us) is excellent across a beautiful pedestrian bridge and a nature trail - short 1.7 miles to downtown Omaha. Area is a quiet residential area of small houses. Communication was quick and easy. Checkin excellent. Would definitely stay here again - the photos are accurate.

Council Bluffs stay

We were happy with our VRBO in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We spent most of our time in Omaha. This location is adjacent to the Council Bluffs Levee Rd., which is a short walk to the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge and downtown Omaha. This eliminated our need to rent a car. The space was as advertized and the host was responsive to our request for help operating the TV.

Great Location for Morning Walks!

Loved this small apartment near the Pedestrian Bridge. This apartment was very clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive and very welcoming. No issues what so ever! Would highly recommend!!

We had a great time visiting Omaha and Council Bluffs for the CWS. The rental was very clean, the owners were fantastic with their communication and the property is only a short drive over to Omaha.
