Adam was very responsive to our questions. The home was clean and very welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and all surrounding properties seemed well-cared for. We appreciated the food recommendations in the guest book, and even added one of our own. The property was central to most of the destinations we were planning to go to and just a short drive to AT & T Stadium. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay again the next time we come back to Ft Worth.

I love staying in the Arlington Heights neighborhood when we visit for concerts at Dickie's Arena, which is an easy and safe 10-15 minute walk from this cute little house. There's plenty of dining nearby and I would say to not miss eating at Ol' South Pancake House. Nice location, clean and plenty of space for several people traveling together or a family. King size bed in master bedroom was the only one we used and it is so comfortable that I pulled back the sheets to see what brand it was!

Cute house in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to Dickies but needs additional attention on cleaning front. Property manager allowed us to park and check in early which was appreciated. Older property that has some updates but felt like it hadn't been stayed in recently.

The location is perfect for the livestock show and Dickies area, the host went above and beyond to meet our needs. Will definitely be back.

Great neighborhood, quiet and easy to navigate. This house fit all of our needs while we were there. Defiantly will look into re booking next year when we have to be there.
