L'Olympic Foothills Lodge est situé sur la péninsule olympique près de Port Angeles dans l'État de Washington et est le cadre idéal pour des vacances multifamiliales, des réunions de famille, des groupes de randonnée et des rassemblements pour occasions spéciales de toutes sortes.
Le Lodge peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes dans 4 chambres plus un loft. La suite parentale est au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a 5 salles de bains, dont une avec un sauna aux pierres chaudes. La propriété dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec une table à manger pour dix, un salon confortable avec cheminée et une bibliothèque avec une table de jeu. Le salon a un bébé piano à queue pour vos retraites musicales.
Le pavillon de 2 étages d'inspiration bungalow dispose d'un grand porche enveloppant avec un barbecue à gaz et un coin salon couvert. Wifi gratuit
Venez faire de belles randonnées dans les montagnes olympiques ou vous promener dans le port historique voisin de Port Angeles, marcher sur le ferry pour Victoria, en Colombie-Britannique, ou simplement vous pelotonner avec un bon livre devant la cheminée.

We loved our stay . The lodge was well stocked especially the kitchen . Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Loved the huge spa bathroom with the sauna . Steve was easy to reach and communication was easy with their management team .

We had a great stay at this rental house. It was just the right size for my family reunion - we had 7 adults and 3 kids staying. Plenty of bathrooms, and clean! Beds were comfortable and I really appreciated all the hooks to organize our things. The hot tub was perfect and it was so luxurious to have a sauna available. We enjoyed the puzzle and game selection and the kids had a blast with the outdoor toys available. The trail in the forest behind the house was just magical. I could tell it was well-maintained and I wish I had spent more time exploring out there. We used the fire pit almost every night - what a great way to connect with family. The dining table was the perfect size for our group and the living room seating was plentiful and comfortable. I really liked the location - so quiet and peaceful but still only a 15 minute drive to the town for groceries. Steve was very communicative and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of rental houses, and there are always a few minor maintenance issues. I pointed them out to him after we left, and it seemed like he was going to take care of them right away. Be aware that instead of the gas grill in the pictures, there is a very nice Kamado grill (Big Green Egg). It took us a minute to figure it out, but it worked great. Highly recommend this house if you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place to stay with a large group!

Excellent accommodation for our family of 16 for Thanksgiving. The lodge has everything you could possibly need. There are no TV’s but we didn’t mind. There are a lot of games and the hot tub and sauna were perfect.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time visiting The Lodge and we were so happy to be back! Love the induction cooktop and well-stocked kitchen, enjoyed the firepit and s'mores, the hot tub and sauna, and sightseeing nearby. It is a fantastic place for family gatherings and we hope to return again.

We loved the abundant space, the wood burning stove, the piano, the badminton and other outdoor games, wood chopping, the backyard trails, the hot tub, the outdoor fire pit and bbq and the nicely appointed kitchen. It was a great place for our three generation family vacation to Olympic Natl Park and Victoria BC.

Great Forest Lodge

This is an amazing lodge located near Olympic National Park. It has tons of amazing amenities including hot tub, sauna, campfire, hiking trails, NO TV, and more. Can’t recommend it enough - and try the waffle mix!

2nd time we've stayed here. Great homebase for a reunion of old friends & taking advantage of what Port Angeles, the Olympic Peninsula, and Victoria BC have to offer. Best stocked & organized rental house I've ever seen.

Most organized rental!

Had a great multi-generational getaway with ages 10-70 at the Olympic Lodge and loved it so much. The huge yard (lots of games), fire pit, hot tub, and hiking trails were perfect for outdoor time in the evenings. The house has all the amenities you could ever want. And labeled so precisely! Would definitely recommend!

Olympic Foothills Lodge was one of the most well equipped and organized places our group has ever stayed at. It was wonderful to find everything you could possibly need at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, extra blankets & pillows provided, outdoor games to play, binders of what to do and see, emergency supplies, charcoal available, extra keys, the list goes on and on. Steve has done a thoughtful and fantastic job of preparing the lodge for an exceptional stay. We found the beds to be comfortable and really appreciated the number of bathrooms in the house. With a group of 10 women, that is a major factor for us. As trivial as it seems, there was also enough TP provided for our 5 day stay. That's a win! We enjoyed the outside deck, large yard and fire pit. The hot tub and sauna were a welcome way to wind down after a day of exploring the area. We especially enjoyed the large dining table which had enough room for all 10 of us to gather around for meals and games. Check in was a breeze and everything was ready when we arrived. Steve contacted me later by text to make sure our stay was going well and to see if I had any questions. A nice gesture and another effort to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We found the WiFi to be spotty, which caused minimal grief for some and others lamented the lack of a TV on those rainy days. Both of those things in no way impacted the quality of our stay. I would give the lodge 5 stars plus, if I could.

I've been building and remodeling homes since 1975 and have lived in Washington my whole life. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the forests and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, which is one of the reasons I love spending time at the Lodge. As a kid, I played cello in the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra, and my love for classical music has stayed with me ever since.

I’ve been married to my wife Alice since 1979. We have two daughters and six amazing grandchildren. In 2022, I retired after completing my other property, the Copalis Beach House on the Washington coast near Ocean Shores.

Now that I’m retired, I come up to the Lodge about once a month to relax and make sure everything stays in good working order. Hosting guests and sharing this special place brings me a lot of joy.

I've always dreamed of building a cabin in the woods, so we chose a large, forested lot here in the Northwest — a place where the trees are lush, green, and peaceful year-round. We were looking for land with a stream running through it and no highway noise, and we found just that. It truly feels like having our own little National Park.

While property near the ocean had its appeal, I was drawn more to the forest. For me, the forest is deeply rejuvenating — a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature. Based on the kind feedback we've received from guests, it seems many others feel the same way.

One thing that truly sets our Lodge apart is that, after much thought, we chose not to have a TV. While we do have reliable cell service and wireless internet for those who want to stay connected, we found that the absence of a TV encourages guests to slow down, unplug, and really connect with each other.

This simple choice has contributed more than anything else to the peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere of the Lodge. Instead of screen time, guests enjoy playing games and puzzles, making music on the piano, gathering around the outdoor fire pit, playing badminton, or walking the private forest trail. It’s a place to be present — with yourself, with nature, and with the people you’re with.
