La Clairière - LA TESTE DE BUCH
A 1,5 kilomètres du Lac de Cazaux et à 9 km de La Teste de Buch, séjournez dans notre maison neuve climatisée de 140 m2, de plain pied, avec piscine semi-enterrée type octogonale allongée 6mx4m profondeur 1.31m, chauffée, à disposition d'avril à octobre selon conditions météorologiques. La maison est ituée dans un lotissement calme, proche de la piste cyclable rejoignant le lac et l'océan et dispose d'un jardin de 1290 m² entièrement clos et sécurisé avec grande terrasse bois de 170 m² et boulodrome. La maison comprend un vaste séjour très lumineux ouvrant sur la terrasse avec store banne, avec cuisine équipée, espace repas et salon , quatre chambres dont trois sont équipées d'un lit 160x200 cm, et une équipée de deux lits 90x190 cm (télévision dans chaque chambre). Les chambres équipées de lits doubles disposent de leur salle d'eau privative avec douche à l'italienne. Une salle de bain indépendante avec baignoire et deux wcs indépendants complètent l'ensemble. Cellier attenant à la cuisine avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Possibilité de stationnement de trois véhicules sur la propriété. Draps, linge de table, linge de toilette et chauffage inclus dans le prix. Taxe de séjour en supplément. Climatisation réversible.
