This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can sleep 9 people or with the use of a Queen sofa sleeper & sleeper chairs fit as many as 13, perfect for groups of families and friends! The master bedroom hosts a King bed, as well as a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub. The queen bedroom features a smart TV as well and has a shared bathroom in the hall. In the bunk room, you will find a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. No matter what you enjoy, Tiki Oasis at Ladera is sure to have something for you!

Very clean, lovely property

We stayed two nights and a day in this property and loved every minute we were there. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. Beds were comfy. House was clean. The games in the garage were the favorites of our kids. Will be starting again!

Great place for teens !

We traveled with our three teens and they were thrilled with the different entertainment options as well as the hot tub and mini golf course. Wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely perfect stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was immaculate — everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for. It felt like walking into a brand new home. The layout was spacious and comfortable, and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The amenities really made the trip special. The hot tub and pool were clean, warm, and perfect for winding down in the evenings. We also loved the game room, it kept everyone entertained for hours! It's rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. Great location, super clean, and packed with fun. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free getaway just 45 minutes away from Zion.

The place was great, very convenient to town and trails close by. The hot tub and pool were great. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed.

Loved our stay!

This home had everything our family of 7 was hoping for. We loved the pool and spa. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Loved that it has a EV Charger which worked great for my Tesla. We will definitely be back.

Great stay

The place was ready and clean on arrival. All the beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. Really no complaints. My only input would be that the kitchen trash bin needs to be bigger. It had big bags in a small bin and leave it outside the cabinet instead of under the sink. It seemed like we used way to many bags for 4 people for 4 days. Great house!

Wonderful property!!!! We really enjoyed our stay! Only thing was the outside TV remote didn't work and we tried replacing the batteries. Also there was supposed to be 3 remotes according to the sheet in the living room but there was only 2. Minor! Will stay here again for sure, we loved it!

Before we even left we were booking our return...

There are not enough positive words in the english language to say about Tiki Oasis. It was stunning, meticulously organized, clean, had endless activities. Truly cannot wait to return! The staff was responsive, accomodating and gracious. This property is PERFECT.

Fantastic Vacation

Our family had so much fun at the Tiki House. The house and grounds were very clean and well kept, exactly as the pictures presented. There was something for everyone! We would definitely consider vacationing at the Tiki House again!
