Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your balcony as you take in the view of the white sand beach and watch the waves crash against the shore. There is a king bed in the master and an En suite bathroom. You will also find a queen size bed and a full bed in the guest room.  This spacious unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably! Condo was as advertised. RealJoy with Becky and Tammy were very professional when we had a couple of hiccups.. This is an excellent condo with a great location. Can’t beat it. We will return again.

Wet but good trip

The condo was nice enough and clean. Some of the furniture is different and not as nice as what’s in the pictures. This unit is managed by a firm and they couldn’t give specific information about the unit. Plenty of parking in the deck across the street. The rain caused puddles by the elevators and common areas which was a pain. Lots of amenities! And the chair service (no umbrellas) was nice for the 2 hours with no rain. Lots of fees tacked on, but still not a bad price.

End of Summer Getaway

My family of 5 enjoyed the condo the last full week in July. Everyone had their own space and we were all comfortable in the 4th floor space. Pool was great (cleaned daily)! Beach was awesome, especially the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! Would definitely visit Ocean Villa again!

Great property, needs deep cleaning

Our stay was amazing and the property is the perfect location. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. Dust on the headboards of the beds, moldy interior shower curtains, dirty appliances and dishes.

We would stay again

We have stayed at 3 other resorts in the area. The elevators were always such a pain. Not here very quick. (We always come around the same time) the unit was clean no issues ( just a few minor things paper towel in the garbage disposal, used wash cloth still in the shower) next time I will choose a little higher floor.for a better view.

What a pleasant trip! Condo was just the perfect size for the three of us but could have added a few more if needed. First impression set the tone. This condo was freshly cleaned and smelled delightful. Never waited on elevators. Beach attendants were kind. We will definitely stay here again! Can’t say enough great things.

Great property right on the water. The only small issue we had was cleanliness. A few stains on sheets, air fryer wasn’t clean upon arrival, mold in the washer. Overall, very minor inconveniences. Would stay here again!

“The condo has been a bit of a disappointment for the following reasons: It was disgustingly dirty. The sheets in the king bed had to be washed before they could be slept on (sand and stray hairs and stains) The floors are absolutely filthy! After our 2 y.o was bathed the first night his feet were grey on the bottom from just walking on them for a few minutes. The water dispenser on the fridge doesn’t work. I would expect there to be extra blankets available for the beds but there isn’t. There are rules posted inside the rooms and around the property about quiet hours but there have been multiple rowdy groups that have overtaken the pool area and played their music, cursing and shouting until well past 11 pm. Maybe a pool attendant or security person would be a solution. “ This communication was sent while we were staying there but obviously I was not texting with a human. I shouldn’t have to pay a $200+ cleaning fee when I had to clean my own bedding before I could even sleep in the bed. I won’t be back! And no one appears to want to make it right.

Very pleased!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The unit was clean and the elevators were a breeze! Having 3 elevators really helped and we hardly ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Parking was also a plus. We did have to park across the road once but we were able to use the walk across to the 3rd floor and then ride up just one more to our floor. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to others. Very pleased with the location and the room!

Amazing

The listing matches the actual property. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 children. The location is perfect- few steps from the beach or pool, quick drive to Wonderworks; Walmart; Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and you can grab a quick bite to eat across the street, and traffic was manageable, as well as parking. Most importantly, we felt safe. Be Ready To Be Wowed!
