I can’t say enough good things about the host and the property. The host kindly accommodated my last minute reservation and made sure my stay was perfect even went above and beyond for my room as a solo traveller I would not hesitate to stay here again thank you!

This property is in quiet family-oriented neighborhood away from all the Niagara attractions but only a 10 minute drive to most of them.The host was very helpful with local restaurants and hiking/bicycling trails and locations. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area in the future.

Angela was a wonderful host. Her home felt warm and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. It is a shared space with common areas however you have access to a private bathroom. Neighbourhood is quiet and was a perfect location for where I had to be all weekend. After a long day playing in a softball tournament, it was a great place to lay my head and sleep each night….waking up refreshed and ready to go for the next day of games. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and don’t mind shared space, bring a book to read ‘cuz.this place is for you.

I was there with my father (89) and it was great. Everything was perfect for us. We were close from everything (dowtown, Buffalo, Niagara on the Lake) and we loved it. I recommand this place.

I can't say enough about our stay. Angela was awesome! She was kind, helpful and just all around amazing! Check-in was a personal tour of her home. She explained everything in detail. Most mornings we crossed in passing and she's share an idea for activities and dinners. Sharing the house with the host went way better than I could have imagined. The house was clean, cozy and our bed was so comfortable. I need one of these mattresses. She has a wonderful backyard with fresh herbs and greens. She was quite accepting of us coming and going as we traveled all around the Falls and Toronto. Her home was extremely convenient to the Falls, Niagara on the Lake, St Catherine's, Old Fort Erie, Crystal Beach and only 1.5 hrs. to Toronto. On our last night we spent some time with Angela and enjoyed a great conversation. We will 100% stay again on future visits.

I went there in June 2024 for my friend's birthday and the owner was extremely helpful in giving us helpful ans accurate information when it comes to Restaurants and activities because she is a guide her infos were really helpful.the property was very clean and quiet we came and go as we pleased the beds were my favorite because they were ao comfortable.the view to her garden was relaxing and overall we were very satisfied with our first experience to Niagara Falls because of this property.

Disappointing

I feel a listing should advise you that the owner of the property would be living on site. There was no door available for us to close from the main living area to her basement accommodations. The listing stated check-in was 4 but she wasn’t available to let us in until 5 pm. The space was very clean however linens/furniture etc were worn. Wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The listing clearly states that I reside at my home and my guests will enjoy the tranquil and peaceful 2 guests rooms with keyed locks on each guest room and private bathoom. There are common and shared spaces in which we would share. It's unfortunate you missed those details...must have been the reasonable price that created the oversight. Certainly, I would have been able to provide a fully private 1100 square feet upper floor for you both for a greater price if you were interested. Arrival times are mutually arranged and try to accomodate as best as possible. I was working that day so needed to welcome you at 5. Too bad the one hour difference was disappointing. There are numerous parks, trails, coffee shops, shopping venues, delicious bakeries, pizza, and local places to have enjoyed for the hour. With over 500 5-Star reviews from other platform, not one mentioned being worn, perhaps the nick on a door frame was disappointing? Experienced Home Hosts prefer guests who will respect their property and oblige to the house rules instead of making up their own. Wishing you happy travels.

Séjour en Juin 2025 avec mon mari et un couple d’amis. Nous avons utilisé les deux chambres et partagé la salle de bain privée. L’accueil d’Angela a été chaleureux. Elle nous a gentiment fourni des infos sur les attractions des environs. Les lieux étaient propres, les lits sont très confortables. L’accès à la cours arrière est agréable. Le secteur est calme et près de tout. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit.

J'ai énormément apprécié l'accueil et le dynamisme d'Angela. L'endroit est propre, près de tout. Angela est guide touristique de profession et nous a fait profiter de son expertise pour découvrir la région. Je recommande sans hésiter!

The house was very clean & comfortable as described, and our host was wonderfully welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. She listened to what our main interests were, then gave us great recommendations for a couple awesome restaurants & wineries (where the locals go) that were well discounted as compared to the hyped chains on the main drag, and also advised us of locations where we could park for a short walk but a big discount to visit both the falls area and the Shaw theater.We will certainly try to stay with this host again if we come back for more plays and sightseeing in the next few years. A great value for a wonderful stay.
