Very clean space. Easy check in. Parking spot was great. Space was bright, even for a lower unit. Host was responsive. It was a great spot - if I have to nitpick anything - it would be the 4pm check - in and the lack of any silverware. Otherwise - all was great and I’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect location - to the Hill /Falls and amenities. So clean, nicely decorated and the most comfortable pull out mattress I’ve ever slept on. My only suggestion is to bring lamps if you struggle with overhead lighting (like I do) and extra hooks for towels (I picked up a cheap over the door multi hanger from Dollorama). We truly enjoyed our stay and would use again in a heartbeat.

The host keeps you up to date on informaton to check in. This is a nice cozy place. It is an underground condo meaning not ground level but good part It stays quiet from the street noise. I would recommend this condo. Suraj is wonderful host.

The condo was clean and surprisingly bright for an underground unit. Suraj was very responsive and we had no issues at all with our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay for a few days in Niagara Falls.

Housekeeing was not done. One bed for sure had lots of human black hair in it between the sheets. So they were not changed since last rental. When we arrived the cleaning was mopping at the entrance door. But there was evidence of other areas that were missed. Instructions should be left,, on how to use thermostat. There should be no food or drinks left from previous rentals unless they are complimentary. Bed were uncomfortable. No linen for pull out couch. Balls of used linen in one closet with bugs. Being available to renters for wants and concerns is a key to satisfactory service in this industry. Not getting a condescending response to a question 12 hours later. You supply a clean rental unit and we pay what you are asking, that's is how it's supposed work.We did our part, you did not do your part. If we had the time to seek justice, we would demand half our money back.But we all know how that works now. It would be a fight in court and we would have to spend more than were asking it get it back. A warning to others with this owner in the Niagara area. Very disappointing for someone representing Canada.

The reason for the three stars is the noisy heat pump which is literally inside the master bedroom. I had a terrible sleep! I don't understand the design. Otherwise, the second bedroom was fine and the place was clean and pleasant.

Fantastic property

This property was well maintained with brand new everything. It was very clean and close to the attractions. The neighbors were quiet. We would recommend this as a base for exploring Niagara Falls.
