Walking distance to the heart of downtown Leavenworth, plus close to lakes and mountains for hiking in The Enchantments and near the river for tubbing and rafting. This is The Perfect Place as home base for your next getaway with friends or family! This 3 bedroom condo has been recently remodeled offering plenty of room to relax and reconnect with your loved ones in a beautiful setting.

What’s nearby:
The condo sits just five blocks from the center of downtown Leavenworth. You'll love the Bavarian-style town, authentic German cuisine, tons of local boutiques, year-round festivals, and several breweries and wine tasting rooms. Rent paddleboards or kayaks, or join a guided river adventure with Osprey Rafting Company right across the road from the condo complex. This wonderful location is just off Icicle Road, near Leavenworth Golf Club, Snow Lakes Trailhead, and winter sleigh rides.

We love this condo. We come every year and love this place. It's the perfect size and so close to town. The homeowner is always so great! Very clean!

This was an almost perfect place! The location was awesome! The unit was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed! It would be a Perfect Place to stay if the check in/check out could be extended for at least an hour on either end.

This condo is perfect for your Leavenworth adventures. It was easy to access hiking trails nearby and for exploring the town. It’s nicely equipped for a short, or long stay. The furniture is comfortable and the area is quiet. We enjoyed this as our “home” base.

Seamless check in. Kitchen well stocked. Nice there was plastic dishware for the grandkids. No problem with the Wi-Fi (thank goodness-there might have been a coux with the grandkids). Quiet neighborhood-close to the Main Street. We’d stay here again for sure. Thanks, Renee for hosting us!

Relaxing, home away from home

We were in Leavenworth to see all the Christmas lights and appreciated our stay at "The Perfect Place". Cozy beds (softest sheets!), cadets with personal thermostats in each room, variety of card/board games, well-stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend. We opted to drive into town due to the cold and snow, but on warmer days it would be a nice walk.

Nice little place

A nice and affordable condo to accommodate a family with kids. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking/baking items. Bunk beds are a plus for those with multiple kids. It’s tucked back from the main road and quiet. Could be quite a bit cleaner.

Another wonderful stay

We just wrapped up another wonderful vacation at this location. The unit is close to town and right near Leavenworth Adventure Park. Easy access, quiet surroundings, and a very comfortable bed. Communication with Renee the owner was always quick and responsive. Thanks for the great memories.

Leavenworth getaway

The accommodations were great for six people - 4 adults and 2 kids. The first afternoon and next day the kids so enjoyed the snow! their first real experience as they live in Guatemala. We saw deer near the complex; it was close to town, stores, restaurants and fun things to do, like the Reindeer Farm! We fixed breakfast every morning and snacks during the time we were there. The TV worked great! Heat was easy to control for those cold freezing days/nights. great to have the washer/dryer for wet clothes after being out in the snow. Ran out of dishwasher soap on the last day. Coffee pot was unfamiliar to us, but Renee was very helpful in helping us with how to use it! Thank you for a great place to stay!

This place has a great location. It’s a short walk to downtown Leavenworth and right across the street from the Alpine Coaster. The condo was clean and quiet!

Octoberfest Getaway

Property is within walking distance to downtown which was perfect. Easy and plenty of parking. Nice patio with grassy area to play fetch with the pup. Beds are all comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed.

Spacious Home Away from Home

This is a lovely, modern, resort home in a tranquil setting. The entryway is ground level and no stairs in the unit which is great! We found forested trails along the river, which made walking into town a pleasure. Everything was as described, and we found the owner to be responsive and pleasant. All told, we were very pleased with the unit and would happily return if we were to have the opportunity again.

Great Time in Leavenworth!

Our family scattered on the west and east side of the state met at central a wonderful central location of Leavenworth. The appropriately named "The Perfect Place" is just what our family needed. With 3 couples the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths was just what we needed. Located on the west side of town, The Perfect Place put the entire town within walking distance. The condo was clean, bright and well appointed with everything our family needed for a great birthday vacation! Renee is a great owner and addressed all our needs!

Leavenworth Escape

Lovely property in a nice setting, clean and just as advertised. We were able to reach out to the owner when we found a remote missing and they got another to us immediately. Later found it in a corner closet with a glass that got missed by the cleaning crew.

I loved how they had all the utensils and pots and pans you need. The family also had fun with all the games. Some VRBOS don't have mini shampoo, conditioner and soaps for visitors but they did. Great time!! The family walked to the Adventure Park😁

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was in a great location, and it had everything you might need, even a fan for every room and a hairdryer. The beds were super comfortable which was a pleasant surprise for my family and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for our Family!

This was a great location for our family (4 adults and 3 children). The Alpine Coaster was a short walking distance and downtown Leavenworth was close by (easy for us to walk to and not have to find parking). Very well stocked kitchen; I especially appreciated a working ice maker and BBQ! There is a shared yard behind the condo where our grandkids enjoyed playing catch and climbing rocks. Plenty of room for us to spread out, the entire complex was pretty quiet. It did get fairly warm in the bedrooms, thankfully the owners has several fans for us to use.
