Come and Enjoy this fabulously three level beach house centrally located in the popular safe seaside community of Popponesset. The Poppy community is a wonderful and friendly place to spend any vacation time from a weekend in the off seasons (spring or fall.) Or any time in the summer. Our property is great if attending a weddings at the Popponesset Inn. This location offers so much for all guests to be happy, relaxed and joy filled, as it offers endless options for entertainment and fun all within walking distance of our property.
We purchased this home in November and have spend a couple months creating a detailed makeover to maximize its wonderful potential to be an amazing Cape Cod summer vacation home our family and all our guests will enjoy making lasting memories at. Enjoy this property with family or friends.
With over 3,000 sq ft. of living space our home features two levels of living space. The first floor features an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen along with a dining and sitting area. Countertops provide ample meal prep space, perfect for those guest who like to cook and have family all together in the process. Lots of cabinet space for storage. The kitchen has a stainless fridge with ice and water on the door and other white appliances (gas stove, large Microwave and dishwasher). Dining table seats 10. The kitchen will be well stocked with all your meal planning (pots pans etc)necessities. The first floor level also features a master king bedroom ensuite. This level has two bathrooms.
The second floor features 2 spacious bedrooms one of which is a 2nd king master ensuite. The second bedroom on this level is the " bunk room" features a double bunk and a queen bed. The perfect set up for families with children. There are two bathrooms also on this floor.
The large living room with cathedral ceilings is on this floor and the many windows provides this spacious level with lots of natural light. Guests will love this room while drinking their morning coffee. This bright room is the perfect backdrop for guests to gather for indoor activities (playing cards, checkers, chess or numerous board games). This space can also be enjoyed as a comfy spacious conversation spot or watching your favorite netflix shows on the 65' smart TV. This room has lots of seating with three large couches, a single chair and ottoman anchored by a large rug and nice coffee table. If you enjoy reading, this is also the spot for cuddling up with a good book to enjoy reading alone or reading aloud for story time with the kids or grandkids. Additionally this floor features a bar area with a second fridge and a working sink for additional storage of beverages and groceries during your stay. This home also has surround sound even in the bathrooms.
The washer and dryer are located on the basement level which also offers a great space with a pool table and additional seating and large TV mounted on the wall perfect for those rainy days you want to simply stay home. Guests can bring wi system or other video games if they like.
Our spacious, bright home provides the perfect setting to gather as family and friends to relax, recharge and bond. If you desire a relaxing day at home you can certainly have that in the comfort of our central air conditioned beach house. If you prefer being on the go outdoors having fun in the sun at the beautiful private beach it's only a short 3 1/2 walk from our back door.
