The large outdoor shower is perfect to wash off all the sand from the beach. This home is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy!



The Space:

Upon arriving at the home you will see the lush landscaping and the charming brick walkway that takes you to the front door.



The great room with cathedral ceilings has comfortable seating with a large sectional couch, chair, coffee table and a nice view of the floor to ceiling brick fireplace. This room has tons of natural light throughout with multiple sliders leading out to the large back deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is a 55” 4k OLED TV in the living room that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, amazon Prime, etc. There is a separate seating area with a chair and console bar cart that makes a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good book.



The dining area separates the two seating areas and highlights the great room, fireplace and the two story wall of windows. The dining table can comfortably seat six. Sliding doors take you out to the large outdoor deck with a gas grill, dining table for 6 and a separate sitting area overlooking the lush wooded backyard with firepit. Also on the deck you will find a large outdoor shower area. Great for rinsing off all the sand from the beaches nearby.



The bright kitchen opens to the great room with the fireplace mantle that wraps around to the countertops. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, dishwasher, open shelving and lots of counter space that makes preparing dinners easy and fun. You’ll find a 12 cup drip coffee maker to enjoy your morning cup of Joe.



The open staircase takes you upstairs to the loft area that includes an additional office/sitting area with lots of natural light and a second TV.



The first floor master has an en suite full bathroom with a private porch. The second bedroom on the first floor is set up as an office in order to work remotely in a tranquil location. The third bedroom on the first floor has a twin bed.



The second floor includes an additional office/sitting area, large closets, a full bathroom and a large bedroom that can be closed off into two with a sliding door.



In total, there are four plus bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:



Main Bedroom (1st floor): King size bed w/ ensuite bathroom and private porch

Second Bedroom (1st floor): Twin size bed

Third Bedroom (1st floor): Twin size bed

Fourth Bedroom (2nd floor): Queen size bed plus separate partitioned alcove that has two twin size beds.



This home boasts two and a half bathrooms. The first floor master bathroom has a stand up shower with sliding doors. There is an additional half bath on the first floor for easy guest access. The upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combo and a skylight for natural light.

-Driveway can fit approximately four cars and there is street parking

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



The Neighborhood:

New Seabury is a stunning community in the upper cape known for incredible beaches, golf, and beautiful properties. You will be walkable to Poppy Marketplace (which offers restaurants, shops, live entertainment, and mini-golf) and Maushop Village. Just one and a half miles from the town of Mashpee and South Cape beaches.



Some of our favorite eating places are Raw Bar Mashpee, Cape Cod Coffee, Clarkes Seafood and Bobby Byrne’s Irish pub in Mashpee commons.

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!



Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
