Each of the Colony Suites has dedicated parking for your use while you stay. While on the property, feel free to explore Palmer by foot as well!

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please call repeatedly if emergency needs arise in the middle of night.

A Colony Christmas

What a wonderful property! We normally avoid VRBO because of the additional fees but we decided to stay based on the location. If you haven’t had a chance to explore downtown Palmer Alaska at Christmas, you need to do so. This location was 1/2 block from downtown, extremely well maintained, and it has a view of the fireworks from your front door. We will be back. 🎄🎄🎄

Colony Suites - Palmer

The suite we stayed in was newly renovated and was everything we could have asked for. We visited for two days and the kitchen was fully stocked with a ton of spices, perfect for our breakfasts and dinners for both days. Communication was timely, accurate and excellent. While we were staying, we were given a heads up that they were still in the process of renovating the outside ares and landscaping, which didn't effect us at all. They even gave us a gift for the inconvenience which was no trouble at all. Can't wait to see what it looks like finished. Highly recommend staying here!

Great weekend stay in a beautiful VRBO!

It was a breeze to check in and the place was very clean and the decorating was lovely. The bed was comfortable, lots of clean towels. I felt very cozy for my weekend stay!

Everything was as advertised and expected. Owners were very accessible and helpful. It is a small but comfortable, very nicely done property near our favorite hot spot for good food and beer (Palmer Ale House). In the heart of Palmer. Highly recommend. Moegy

Convenient to old town Palmer. Special place.

The Colony Suites villages were very clean, professional staff, and a safe place for family. It has all the amenities for a longer stay in a small town. Very convenient to old town Palmer, AK. Close to coffee shops, antiques, souvenirs, and a variety of brew houses and restaurants. I would visit Palmer again because of Colony Suites. Amazing property, super comfortable and easy!

We arrived well after midnight, but thanks to the directions and the instructions provided, it was easy to figure out where we were going and how to get in. The suite was extremely comfortable and quiet with easy access to downtown and everything we could need!

Cozy Apartment in downtown Palmer
