NEW CONSTRUCTION, modern mountainside condo, steps from the slopes at Sugarbush!

This brand new construction residence is steps from the slopes! Not only are you right next to the lift at Sugarbush, you will have access to snowshoe/hiking trails just out your front door. Walk in the evening to enjoy dinner at the many restaurants at Sugarbush or old village. This spot will have you feeling like you are truly on vacation! Rental includes use of ski locker and one parking space in heated underground garage.

This is a first floor unit with sweeping views of Lincoln Peak. Sit out on your private patio which opens up to a courtyard that is snow covered in the winter (perfect for kids sledding) and a gorgeous grassy area for relaxing summer nights.

The first floor of this two-story condo features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living space. The spacious, beautiful white kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. The dining room table seats 8 with 3 bar stools for extra seating. The living room offers a flat screen as well as a comfy couch and chair with a gas fireplace to warm you up after a day on the slopes. On the first floor you will also find a large and functional mudroom with plenty of hooks and benches as well as a laundry room with new washer/dryer and shelves to store helmets, goggles etc. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

The second floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a gorgeous four poster bed with tons of windows and light, allowing you to enjoy more sweeping views from of the mountain from your bed. The master bathroom features dual sinks and a large shower for the perfect retreat. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen sized bed with a large window and again views! The third bedroom offers two triple bunk beds to sleep 6, perfect for families. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs with bathtub.

Great stay

A beautiful condo and we had a great long weekend in the Mad River Valley. Condo is very clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of room to spread out and relax and proximity to the mountain and activities couldn’t be better. Thanks for a great stay Emily - we hope to be back soon!

Second stay, just as great as the first

This is our second time at this property. Just like the previous time, we had a wonderful time, and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the location, and working with the owner. The property is very well-kept, and still looks completely new. We found everything in working order and clean. There was space for all five kids to get ready for skiing in the mudroom area. The storage locker for skis and the heated garage spaces were extra bonuses. Our family could easily prepare breakfast on the stove or grab some takeout and eat in the spacious dining area. The location couldn't get much better for skiing over to the Village Quad lift, and then skiing down from there to either the Super Bravo or Gate House lifts. We also very much enjoyed being able to walk outside to see the New Year's fireworks from right outside the condo. And, the host is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made planning before, during and after the stay that much more relaxing!

Perfect home for visiting Sugarbush

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, just steps away from the Village Quad lift at Sugarbush resort. It was truly 'ski-on, ski-off'. The home was cozy and warm after a day of skiing, and, bonus, we could still walk back out to grab a waffle from the waffle house. It had all the amenities one could hope for, and the host is very responsive. It was truly a luxury setting for a luxurious get-away to the mountains. We look forward to returning again!
