Located 2 miles from the quaint Town of La Pointe and 4 miles from Big Bay Town Park (recently upgraded with a great group bbq area). Pick your spot to decompress from the madness and soak in the peacefulness of Madeline Island. Just as an FYI, we lost our dock in 2017 to mother nature and the power of the lake. Therefore, there is no access to the water currently. Due to high lake levels we are not sure when we will be able to rebuild the docks.

This new to the rental market, three-bedroom cabin includes a bunkhouse that can sleep an additional two young adults for a total of 8 people. The home sits on 5 wooded acres with 300 feet of lake frontage. The bedrooms include two full and two twin beds. This property has a classic cottage feel with hardwood floors, wood paneled walls and a massive fireplace. Bring yourself back to a simpler time; grab a book from the shelf or a game for the family. Enjoy your choice of showering indoor or outside.

The Town of La Pointe has restaurants, churches, library bars, bakery, coffee shop, grocery stores, moped and bike rental. The island includes a Scottish links style Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, airport, and marina.

We recommend that you bring all your own food, beverages, condiments and spices. Beach towels are not available so please bring your own. Bathroom towels should be used only for use at the cabin.

Update 9/6/2020: It pains us to say that we will no longer allow pets at our properties. Failure by the pet owners to follow rules has caused to many issues for us to continue to allow pets.
