This charmer is ideally located between the Saratoga Thoroughbred Racetrack and downtown Saratoga's main street. At 2,000 square feet home has 3 bedrooms upstairs w/ 2 full baths and 1 open bedroom downstairs w/ curtain closure. Screened patio with sitting for 8, large TV, and hot tub. Walk 0.4 mile to racetrack or town, 1 mile to the Spa Park for golf, tennis, pool. Entertainment, amazing food, and recreation is endless any time of the year. Just 4 miles to Saratoga Lake and 20 minutes to Lake George or West Mt. Ski Area.
