This beautiful condo enjoys a great central location just a short walk from the pools and clubhouse! 6 Sunset Island 4E has everything you need for your next vacation in Ocean City. A three-bedroom, two-bath home, this condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, flatscreen TVs in each room, free WiFi, a fully furnished private balcony, central AC, a soaking tub in the main bathroom, a washer/dryer, and lots more!

Sunset Island has so much to see and do, you may never feel the need to leave the property gates. This quaint, 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. A shoreline walking path encircles the island, taking you past Sunset Island's private bayfront beaches, a fishing pier, a marina, the community clubhouse, a restaurant, and indoor and outdoor pools. You'll have beautiful views of wetlands and the Ocean City skyline. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the snack bar and general store, where you can buy coffee, fine wines, and various necessities. Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.A non-refundable community registration fee that is payable by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is due upon arrival at Sunset Island. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select events. Special event surcharge and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved everything!

I loved everything about this home and its amenities. We arrived to a clean space with plenty of room for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The place was well stocked with cookware you can actually use, plastic cups, tupperware, and other kitchen items to make cooking for your family easy. Little things like games, the fireplace, and jacuzzi made the stay very welcoming. The location was not too far from the club house and not too far from the entrance to the shopping nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this house again.

Independence week

I’ve been visiting Sunset Island for over ten years, and it continues to be a beautiful and relaxing destination. The accommodations are consistently clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It’s clear that the resort has grown, with many new properties added over the years. However, while the number of homes has increased, the amenities—specifically the pool, clubhouse, and restaurant—have remained the same. This has created a noticeable inconvenience during peak times. The pool is frequently overcrowded, and available seating is extremely limited. At this point, it’s time for the resort to consider expanding its amenities to match its growth. Adding an additional pool—possibly in the area near the fountain—would help alleviate crowding and improve the overall guest experience. Sunset Island remains a favorite, but updates to key facilities are overdue to support the growing number of visitors.

Super clean and everything you could need

The place was super clean when we checked in. The owner spared no expense when stocking the condo. It had everything you could possibly think of and was very organized. Hope to stay here again, thank you!

Fun spot if not jandicapped

Fun family spot. Lots to do but can get crowded. There were 7 in our party and 4E fit us comfortably. Very clean. Wish we had a steamer pot for seafood and a place to put our beach stuff. Parking for handicap non existent unless you have a parking pass appropriate. I was ticketed for having a parking pass that only allowed garage parking with handicap placard showing. This made getting to pool and beaches impossible for me. The parking pass included was designate for our condo only. One handcap spot was already in use

Sunset Island is Beautiful!

great experience .. unit perfect size for family of 5 .. 2 adults / 3 teenagers. Nicely decorated and stocked. Sunset Island community is beautiful, clean and quiet yet convenient to shopping beach and restaurants. Mini market and tiki bar on site are great! Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

This was our third trip to Sunset Island and our first stay in this unit. The unit was great! It was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location for the amenities (fountains, store, pool, beach). The ONLY drawback was the blinds let in a lot of light in the primary bedroom. We would definitely rent this unit again but I’ll bring a sleep mask for that early morning light.

Lovely Condo in Sunset Island

This unit goes above and beyond with extras. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The decor is updated and fresh. Lots of games for kids and adults. I've been coming to Sunset Island for 15 years and this is by far the best condo I ever rented!!

Well Appointed & Laid out Unit

The overall Size of this condo was just right for our family of (4) 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. I am sure the unit could have provided sufficient room for a multi family or older family with grandparents and grandkids as well. being on the top (4th floor) was also nice as you felt like you could see across the compound and the interactive pool area.(note the interactive water component was not working at this time). The home owners did a good job with the layout and furniture choices. having the in-room laundry and Utilities(HVAC/ Hot Water) means your not dependent upon the rest of the building for water pressure or hot water something your are stuck with in an hotel. We hope your visit will be as good as ours was to this private village in Ocean City MD.

Great Location and Amenities

My wife, 3 children (ages 8, 6 and 3) and I all stayed for a week, with my parents staying with us for two nights as well. We found this condo to be excellent for our week in Ocean City. The condo was only a short walk (10 to 15 min) to the ocean and both the pool and bay beaches were a great feature to have on days when we didn't go to the ocean. We have stayed at different vacation rentals in the past and this condo was the best we have ever rented. The rental was very clean, with comfortable furniture. The kids appreciated the wireless internet and cable tv. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, cooking items, utensils, etc. and the condo was very spacious for our family. We loved having the garage parking underneath, where we were able to store out beach supplies in front of our parked car. We felt secure and safe with the Sunset Island security checking parking passes as you enter the island. While Ocean City has a lot of traffic and driving can take time, there is plenty within walking distance of this location (ice cream, shopping, restaurants, mini golf). We really enjoyed our week and would consider staying at this rental again.

Sunset Island

The property itself was amazing, very clean and decorated well with a good view! The parking situation within the entire community is lackluster at best. First, the description says 3 passes of which you only get 2. When I tried to purchase another “clamshell” parking pass they said they were sold out. During our entire stay, I would say that the “clamshell” parking was filled up at a max of 20% daily. The management office says it’s because the owners of the places get multiple passes and even though I rented from an owner, that I could not get more passes. Very frustrating with the amount of money it costs for this place. Someone needs to revisit their parking program as it creates a poor experience and they are losing money. Thank you
