Salty Sands offers a modern and stylish living experience. Our newly renovated parking deck provides convenience and ease for residents, with two parking spaces included. And for those who prefer to take public transportation, a bus stop is just a short walk from our building. With plenty of street parking available, you'll never have to worry about finding a spot.
✹ For bookings after March, there will be brand-new upgrades to your condo unit including brand new kitchen and flooring in all bedrooms! I will send pics to guests and update listing photos when completed.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
✹ We only rent to families and require that all guests be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
✹ As part of our booking process, we will ask you to complete an independent verification.
✹ Prior to your stay, you will be contacted via email and/or text to verify your details and choose between a refundable deposit or non-refundable damage waiver.
✹ Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on our premises, including the balcony. Please book someplace else is this will be an issue for you. Salty Sands Vacation Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony.
✹ This home is equipped with a device (Minut) that monitors the environment inside the property (including smoking, noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
✹ No pets allowed. $500 fine will be assessed and guests will need to leave property without refund. Please stay someplace else if you plan to bring your pets.
✹ Salty Sands condo buildings have security cameras showing parking lot and common areas around property. Our condo has a doorbell camera.
✹ During peak seasons, our dedicated cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM to provide the latest possible check-out time.
- NO PETS ALLOWED per Salty Sands Condo Association and the owner, this includes service animals as well. We do not allow any pets for any reason.We love our furry friends but we can't have them in this home. Please book someplace else is this will be an issue for you. Salty Sands Vacation Rentals charges a $500 fine if pets are in the unit.
- NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind. Our home is smoke free including balconies. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please book someplace else if you smoke or vape. This is a non-smoking unit. Salty Sands Vacation Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balcony.
- Towels, clothing and other items are not permitted to be hung from balconies or walkways in front or back of building. The HOA is everywhere and we want be good neighbors and avoid complaints and fines.
- All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in the assigned spots or risk getting towed at their expense. We will provide a valid parking permit that should be displayed while parking in assigned spots. You will have two spaces in addition to street parking.
- Please throw away your trash before leaving.
- Please empty cleaned dishes from dishwasher before leaving.
- Residents must abide by Ocean City’s noise control ordinance.
