Palm Beach C22 1 bd 1.5 bth coastal inspired condo great view updated remodeled

Palm Beach C22 is a spacious 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located on the 2nd floor with a side view of the gulf from the living area. Both the living room and the bedroom has balcony access boasting top-of-the-line poly-wood patio furniture. The coastal vibe exudes throughout the condo including the chandelier with tiers of semi-translucent natural capiz shells over the dining table. The condo is approximately 863 sq ft with an oversized en suite bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer. There is a half bath accessible from the main living area. No monthly rentals are allowed. King, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 4

Palm Beach is a 5-story building located approximately 3.5 miles east of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. Palm Beach has 2 outdoor pools (seasonally heated), free WiFi, a small fitness area, and a bbq grilling area. Guests go directly to Palm Beach to pick up their check-in package and pay for their parking passes.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

GREAT location!!

This property is towards the end of Orange Beach (closer to Gulf Shores) where it was not as crowded and that's a huge plus!! This unit faces the pool with a great view and you can clearly hear the ocean waves crashing when it's quiet in the pool. We LOVED that the owner included 2 beach chairs & an umbrella for our 5 day stay!! Wonderful experience!!

Great Area. Needs some TLC

Love Orange Beach and location of Palm Beach. Unit needs some TLC. Stains on ceiling from water leaks, bed linens were terrible, low end coverings on windows made sleeping past sunrise impossible. This property is in an excellent location! Be careful with parking as Rental agency is hands off.

Loved this place. The view of the beach and ocean are not great but room is nice and this end of the beach was not as crowded. Plus the free beach chair rentals was nice!! No cabinets for food. Extra comfy bed!!! Would stay again.

The property is well maintained with beautiful pools and lounge chairs. The condo interior was comfortable and perfect size. The floor and a couple of neglected spots needed a good cleaning but otherwise was lovely. Steps to the beach. Quiet and safe at night. Overall it was a perfect family getaway!

Winter Blues trip

Perfect location to get a quick break from New England cold! Do a-lot or nothing enjoyed the pool, beach and golf. Wide choice of restaurants. Check out the Ward area for walking around. Great stay.

Very Enjoyable

This is a nice unit. All units have beach views. It was in the 30s and 40s during our visit so the heated pools were nice. This condo is on the "outskirts" of the big condos and crowds so this part of the beach is less crowded with only a few houses between it and the gulf State pavilion. There were tons of seashells. The coffee house across the street at Indigo is really convenient.

Had a wonderful 6 nights at Palm Beach. Condo was beautiful and decorated very nice. Only complaint I had was pantry locked and no place to put our food. Everything else was awesome! Would stay in this condo again❀

Great location

This was a beautiful condo in a great location. The pool area was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The only issue was no check in instructions available when we arrived. We were able to obtain key code from the on-site office who were very helpful.
