***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Situated on the 3rd floor, Sugar Beach 348 provides a side view of the Gulf, allowing you to catch glimpses of the sparkling waters right from your balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area where you can relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or step out onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh coastal air.


The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a beachside picnic, you'll find all the essentials right at your fingertips, making it easy and convenient to dine in.


Upstairs, the Primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a full bath, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and surf. Downstairs, the living/dining area and kitchen are complemented by an additional bathroom with a shower. For extra sleeping space, the living area also includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa.


All parking is conveniently located under the roof on the first floor, and security is provided at the entry gate for your peace of mind. For a quick and delicious seafood meal, a great to-go spot is located directly across the street, perfect for enjoying in-room dining.

Passes are bought onsite when you arrive. There is a limit of 2 passes per stay.
